Account managers are quick to respond to any questions that may I have, and they always do their best to provide me with answers.
Markets can be complicated at the best of times but knowing I have these chaps at the other end of the phone is very reassuring.
I have recommended them and their platform to a number of fellow traders.

Good company to trade through. Very responsive, helpful and good range of products to trade on a solid platform. I have traded with ovalx( and its previous brand) for over 5yrs now. I have a brilliant account manager Stephen O’Sullivan who calls each week to give me heads up on big news in the week ahead. This is very helpful for me to formulate a strategy for trading in the week ahead.

Excellent customer service and I really like the fact I get regular weekly calls from my account manager, giving me the heads up for upcoming events later in the week. Very quick to initiate withdrawals when I order them (usually almost immediately), although it would be even better if they could start using FPP (Faster Payment Processing) now as another broker I also use now has this facility and can have withdrawals paid into my bank account within 2 hours. Also, it would be great if OvalX could start linking up with Tradingview in the future so I could trade directly from the charts on this platform as I find MT4 a little dated nowadays. But these are minor things on my wish list and overall, great broker and I would recommend them to anyone.

Have been with OvalX/ETX for over 10 years, using the Traderpro platform. They have a large range of products to trade and some can be as low as 0.01 of a contract to trade, so good for beginners as well as seasoned traders. The charting package is excellent with a large number of technical indicators. Overall a great broker to deal with and worth 5 stars.

Efficient and friendly service. Stephen O'Sullivan is hugely helpful and co-operative as an Account Manager well backed up by George Walker. Great team!

This has always been a good company, very professional and customer experience centered. There are other companies that can make the experience of trading financial instruments intimidating and can obfuscate the process; this is not the case with Ovalx, my account manager Stephen O'Sullivan (who will hate I mentioned him) is amazing and is great at giving the personal touch. The only real issue I have is the app is not up to scratch and to get improvements done to it feels like a long ordeal.

OvalX offers a really straight forward way to trade via the MT4 platform. I have been very impressed with the account manager, Stephen O'Sullivan, who calls every week to quickly summarise key announcements and events in the coming days. Whilst I probably should do more research off the back of these calls, his regular contact acts as a good reminder. The seminars are mostly superb as it puts some meat on the bones of what is going on and some of the trends and market reactions

Good company with a very effective trading platform no complaints. No problems getting in or out of trades. Orders easily placed and executed as required.
A plethora of financial information available.
A very good account manager in Stephen O' Sullivan who weekly keeps me well up to date with forth coming policy and data announcements form the financial world which could impact my trading and is always available if I have any queries.

Really good, reliable company. George is a fantastic account manager and always does what he can to make everything run smoothly. Operating two accounts now and will not use any other brokers for spread betting. 5 stars A++++++. Thank you!

Had a query regarding my account
Spoke to Nicola who was very conversant with the OvalX product (very refreshing) This is the first time I have spoken to Customer Services at OvalX
Nicola was on the ball with my query and readily resolved my enquiry and received email within 15 minutes to confirm
If this is how OvalX operate then I am looking forward to my trading with them
Also spoke to Steve briefly in the trading room who could not have been more polite and helpful

needed to get technical assistance. their staff are knowledgeable and respond quickly if the issue cannot be solved on the call

I got a quick reply to my question, which was easy to understand and I was also given options to take up in my account

Taken a real dive lately in reliability, high level data feed issues means they close markets to trade on at important times which leave you having to phone to trade, and they dont have the staff to manage that. I closed my account with them due to this. You cant have an unstable platform if you are day trading.

First time I've had to contact customer services due to trading disabled .Had fast response to email with helpful advice, soon rectified.

Poor Customer Support, ignores e-mails for days. Does not do what promises in writing. Ignores GDPR regulations. I opened formal complaint to make them follow acts of parliament correctly. If that doesn't work, I will open a case with Financial Ombudsman.
OvalX, you are regulated business, start to act like one.

Have been with his company for a number of years, previously known as ETX, and I have never had any trouble whatsoever with them. And their free training is 2nd to none.

Despite what others might state, trading on this platform is a pain is the Ass. Any annotations you place on the charts are lost as soon as you close the program, if you draw support and resistance lines on long term charts, then you will spend most of your time redrawing them over and over again. The pull down menus to change the time frame or select an annotation are equally as painful, you will spend your time chasing a disappearing pull down menu repeatedly trying to select the function you want whilst the display disappears . If you select a FX pair by pressing the pair in a list, a deal ticket will appear, if you did not want to trade and move the curser over to cancel the ticket, low and behold you could inadvertently buy or sell the trade, as the price per pip is set at 1 each time the deal ticket appears. If these people wanted to be fair, then the price would be set to zero every time the deal ticket appears thus preventing you making a unintentional trade.
I find using this company's platform immensely frustrating .
