Their sizing is really off. I would stay away from this site. It basically cost me $10 shipping plus $12.95 return shipping just to try on an outfit that didnt fit. Expensive mistake avoid this site at all cost.

Customer service was excellent - purchased multiple sizes and return and replacement was very easy, quick shipping. The team was great in resolving an issue with my purchase and I was more than happy with the outcome ☺️

Clothes are always great quality and price the fit is always perfect . Delivery is always quick love the clothes as they are just a little different from everyone else.

I've been shopping with Out with Audrey for years, and it never disappoints. There's always something that suits both my style and my budget — which can be hard to find at times. The service is consistently great, whether I'm browsing in store or shopping online. When visiting Perth, I would make a point of walking to your store just to see what was new — and I never once left empty handed! Back home in Melbourne, even online deliveries from Perth arrived impressively fast. Best of all, many of the pieces I've bought over the years are still getting regular wear which says a lot about the quality and style. Out with Audrey has earned my loyalty, and I recommend it to everyone who asks where I got my outfit!

Awful customer support, I wish I read the reviews before trusting this company. Not great with refunds despite it been so inaccurate from what’s described and shown online, very bad sizing, bad quality and not understanding customer service.

I’d like to add to my review to say I found the top that I ordered for $69 off out with Audrey on Temu and I bought it for under $12 this company is disgusting.

Had to return a sweater due to poor quality and very expensive compared to other sellers. The returning process was very inflexible with the online return portal not initially working.

I purchased a lace top for $69 & $10 postage only to find the same top on Shein for $7.50. Needless to say the lace is cheap not what I would expect when paying $69. Very disappointed and would not recommend this site. The only good thing was it was packaged nicely nothing else good to say

I purchased a dress in my usual size (AU10), but it did not fit properly. When I tried to return the item (unworn and within the return period), I was refused a refund and told I could only receive store credit—even though their own size guide admits it’s just a guide and not based on actual garment measurements.

I explained that exchanging for another size wouldn’t work either, as the next size up would not fit properly in other areas. Despite this, the store insisted on store credit only and showed no flexibility or understanding—something I find disappointing, especially when supporting a small business during tough economic times.

If you're shopping online and unsure about sizing, please be cautious before purchasing from Out With Audrey, as you may be left with store credit for an item you can’t use.
