We have still not received our table top. It was never delivered and our fedex tracking number disappeared. We have two benches and no tip for our picnic table.

Overall great experience
Great packaging, instructions, fit, and finish once assembled. I would recommend. Just as good as what you would see commercially or in a park. I do wish there was a bright red.

Hello Jonathon,
Thank you for the recommendation. It is great to hear the packaging, fit, and finish all measured up to commercial quality. I have also passed your note about a bright red along to our team, since color requests like yours help guide what we offer next.
Best regards,
Peter

Hello Edgar,
Thank you for taking the time to write this. Hearing that the quality landed exactly as you hoped, especially when you placed the order without seeing the tables in person first, is the best kind of feedback we can get.
It sounds like the new setup was a great fit for your association, and we are glad it has worked out so well. If you ever decide to add more seating or need anything down the line, we would be glad to help.
Best regards,
Peter

Hello Jerry,
Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry for the mix-up with your order. You ordered the 4ft bench with backrest, but the version sent out was missing the backrest.
As soon as you let us know, we shipped out the correct bench right away (delivered via FedEx) and asked you to keep the original one at no extra cost as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience.
Thank you for your patience while we made this right. If there's anything else we can do for you, please don't hesitate to reach out at contact@outtans.com.
Best regards,
