Il servizio di spedizione è scandaloso. Cambiate corriere.
Ordine effettuato in data 12 giugno, dopo 10 giorni non è stato consegnato nulla, e il corriere diche che "ha provato, ma non ha trovato nessuno" quando nel medesimo periodo abbiamo ricevuto spedizioni da altri due venditori.
Non ho quindi la possibilità di valutare l'acquisto, spero la qualità sia più alta del servizio (non) reso.

Bad quality and the worse customer service
I found the pair of shoes that I want to replace the same one I bought about 2 years ago which I only wear few times and the top started peeling off and looks so bad. When I clicked purchased. The discounted did not apply and I called the customer service and they stated that I need to return the shoes and repurchase again which is very stupid as I already paid 25 for shipping. And I requested the repair service , the customer service kept telling me that they can't offer the repairs even I stated that I will pay for it. What kind of high end designer has the shoes that is falling apart after 3 wears. Bad quality and bad customer service. I have more than 200 pair of designer shoes and none of them has the top peeling off after 3 wears.

Received the incorrect sized shoes. Very frustrating as they don’t have the size that I ordered in stock and I need to go through the inconvenience of returning them.
