Outrank.so - This company business did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for our company business!!!

They did charge us $99.00 and also $1.00 on our Credit Card, but NO service was provided by them for us.
And, to date, nothing has been done to assist us since seeking their assistance and services.
NO work whatsoever was done on their end.
NO communication from them either.

FRAUD - WASTE - ABUSE!!!
That is what we have encountered with them.

We DO NOT RECOMMEND them for any reason whatsoever.

If we continue to be charged any and all fees by them, we will leave as many NEGATIVE REVIEWS as possible on as many Websites that allow for NEGATIVE FEEDBACK to be left due to the above facts.

They have STOLEN our financial funds and we think that they are NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

They have VIOLATED their commitment to perform services and those services were NEVER EVER rendered.

They need to refund us 100% IMMEDIATELY!!!

Good automatic blog and backlink system, our DR went from 20 to 41 in a few months.

Coupled with good SEO pages + SEO optimisation this is the way to go !

Update: I initially left this review after several days without any response and due to the difficulty accessing my account to cancel my trial, which resulted in unexpected charges. The lack of communication caused a lot of frustration.
That said, after about a week, I did receive a full refund and the issue has now been resolved.
I have been trying to contact your support team for several days with no response.
I was charged without my authorization after attempting to cancel during the trial period. When I tried to log in, your system said my account did not exist, so I was unable to cancel. Despite that, I was still charged.
On top of that, when I contacted support, I was asked to pay additional fees just to request a refund, and I ended up being charged a total of $298 ($199 + $99) without my consent.
This is unacceptable, and it’s the reason why people do not recommend your service and consider it misleading.
I need an immediate response, a full refund, and confirmation that my account and subscription have been canceled.

I enjoyed the setup, I feel like this is really going to replace me spending hours on SEO content. But we'll see in a few months if results are there.

Fantastic, very easy to use. Was a little worried about the cost but it's worth it.

I have been really happy with my first few weeks of using outrank. The quality of the blogs it produces are really good. I go through and check everything and have to change very little of the content. The AI generated images could do a bit of work but the substance of the blogs is great. The backlink exchange is a great idea too and I have already started to accumulate backlinks. From what I have seen to date this has surely going to have a good effect on my SEO.

Great for the price point. Blog writers are expensive. With some human review, this is amazing.

Absolutely fantastic interface on the backend. I wasn't expecting much (most platforms now are slop) but it's extremely user friendly. Outside of the main core value prop of the blog articles coming in on a daily basis the backlink exchange they offer on the backend of the platform was also surprising how quickly it started working.
