When booking my hen i encountered very good service, ive since found out im pregnant, and just wanted to change a couple of the activities as now arnt suitable, but they couldnt help with this, said because of covid this was not possible as would have to treat as a new booking and they arnt taking new bookings! I mean how hard would it be to change a couple activities, hen wasnt until 5 months away so was plenty of time, so decided as they were not going to help to cancel and lose our original deposit, but then apparently the deposit should of been more according to terms and conditions, so this should have been taken right from the start and would have been no issue! They were not compassionate or helpful even made us pay the extra deposit amount to cancel! By this point i didnt want anymore dealings with this company so agreed to it to just to get out! They did offer a credit note but not interested in using this company again and also a date change but seeing as we are not changing the wedding this wouldnt work for us! Also the company offered me a £30 refund as a 'good will gesture' if i edited my review as they didnt agree, i declined as i feel this is an accurate review of my own experience so they are no longer offering the £30 refund!

We sadly had to cancel our hen arrangements with Out Out Entry, due to COVID.

However, the staff were very friendly and helpful all the way through the booking process and were the first people to offer us a refund without us having to chase them! Very kind professional staff and we look forward to working with them again when we are eventually able to reschedule our hen party.

Melissa has a heart of gold, she really does go above and beyond to help others. She is a truly amazing and selfless lady, highly recommend.

I sadly had to cancel the hen do due to Covid-19 which I’m absolutely gutted about. I couldn’t find another company that offered what outout offered and when I did find them Melissa has been amazing. She answered the many questions I have had to ask and gave me tips on not just what we were organizing but the city we were going and where We could go. I definitely recommend them not just for service but for price.

Due to the current circumstances my hen party was sadly cancelled but what made me feel truly emotional was how lovely Melissa and her team were about the situation, offering a range of options and going above what was expected to help us. It is so lovely to have experienced a company that genuinely do care about their customers and I will certainly be looking to book future parties / weekends away through them.

They made the planning process really easy and responded to all my emails quickly with brilliant ideas. Having lots of different people paying became a breeze.

I'm so sad that my weekend hasn't gone according to plan but SO grateful to Melissa for not making it any harder than it already is. A truly inspiring businesswoman!

Melissa is the most lovely and thoughtful person about! She really cares about brides and what they want. I highly recommend her and the services she offers!

I can't recommend Melissa and Out Out Entry highly enough - she is fantastic! Having organised Hen Dos in the past, I knew how difficult and tricky they can be to put together; Melissa took all that away and made the process so smooth and stress free. Our group consisted of a wide variety of ages and she helped plan something that everyone would enjoy and all within our budget. The accommodation options were amazing, so much better than I'd seen elsewhere. Melissa answered all questions very promptly and couldn't do more to help. The ability to pay in instalments using a payment system which everyone attending could log into took away the nightmare of reminding and chasing people for money and it was also an easy way to track that people had paid.
Melissa has also been phenomenal during the Coronavirus crisis. If you've never organised a Hen-Do before, look no further than OutOutEntry and if you have, make sure to use Melissa this time as trust me, you will so be so grateful for her help.

Outoutentry organised a cracking stag do for my mate down in Newquay. They were able to secure us VIP entries to some rocking nightclubs and got us great deals on activities, restaurants, accommodation and drinks packages.

We didn’t have to lift a finger... just told them what we wanted and they did all of the leg work. The rusty trombone from the hotel receptionist on our final bight was the icing on the cake. Thanks heaps for a wonderful experience that was a great bang our buck. Would use again.

I contacted them about organising a special event for my friends surprise 40th birthday.
I didn’t have any ideas of what I wanted us to do. All I knew is I wanted us to go to Brighton.
I spoke with both Charlotte and Mel @ Out out, which created a package for my friends birthday with 10 of us coming to Brighton for the weekend.
They organised accommodation and activities for us, and we all had an AMAZING time.
We found the whole process effortless, and stress free!
Would highly recommend, and will be booking with Out Out for future events!

I contacted this organisation to organise my hen do with ease. I found a property I loved and was offered a quote that I was happy with. I told my hen party and was ready to move forward. I then get a what’s app message to tell me they made a mistake and put this up by £50. There were further confusing conversation over what’s app and confrontational messages with mixed information given to me. I decided not to book with a provider who cannot offer a comprehensive quote and honour that. I felt their tone was unprofessional and definitely not someone I would entrust to book my hen do with. I felt like they were not listening to my needs and therefore their advertising campaign is false and as a bride caused me more stress than ease.

Melissa has been absolutely amazing in helping me organise a last minute hen party for my sister. It wasn't an easy job with a party of 23 but from the first communication I had with her she took the reins and made everything so easy for me.
I highly recommend using Out Out Entry for your future event. Thanks again Melissa you truly saved the day! X

I was traveling to see on of my Bridesmaids and wanted to do something fun to do before my hen party. Melissa suggested doing an tispy afternoon tea, she Also suggest revolution in Bournemouth. This was a lovely location and easy to get to. The planning for the event was flawless and the communication between Melissa and myself was amazing. I cannot thank her enough for the experience. Both my Bridesmaids and myself thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon. The only recommendation we'd have as we are both getting married and think tipsy afternoon works best for smaller and more intimate numbers than larger groups.

Unfortunately, we didn't go ahead with our hen do through Out Out Entry because Mel had had some feedback from another bridal group who weren't completely happy with the venue and activities they'd chosen, which also happened to be the same as ours. Mel informed us of this in plenty of time, didn't try to hard-sell us and was completely honest with us. We got a full refund and Mel went above and beyond in giving us some money towards our hen do drinks for the night, and has even offered a brunch as compensation too!
I would have loved my hen do to have been with Out Out because the service received from Mel was exceptional. She was really helpful, came back to messages quickly, reasonably priced packages, but unfortunately what we wanted to do for our budget in the location we wanted wasn't doable in the end.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Out Out for any hens or stag do! Thank you so so much Mel.
