Ordered a watch as a gift, and they kindly included a free personalized engraving. When the watch finally arrived (don’t rely on the advertised 2-day shipping), the engraving was not what we had agreed.

They refused a refund even though the mistake was theirs. I was honestly embarrassed to give someone a personalized gift with the wrong engraving, so I had to buy another gift instead. I’m now stuck with a personalized watch I neither want nor can realistically sell.

Their argument? The engraving had “the same meaning” as what I requested. It didn’t — this was a personal message to a friend, and they have no idea what the inscription means to us.

After a lot of back and forth, they offered a €60 refund. I accepted — then they completely ghosted me. Despite several follow-ups, I still haven’t received the agreed refund.

I’ll be contacting the authorities soon, but I’m posting this review as one final opportunity for them to make things right.

Please just take ownership of your mistake.

Io ho comprato MIDORI AUTOMATIC GMT - ULTRA BRUSHED, consegnato in uno shaker cangiante, un orologio massiccio, per ora preciso sia come orario che gmt e davvero bello da vedere, sembra un mojto e dietro ha un bicchiere da cocktail inciso. Veramente riuscito. Se proprio devo trovare una minimissima pecca è lievemente ruvida la sicura del cinturino, ma visto il prezzo ottimo, il movimento automatico e le fattezze è assolutamente di non impatto. Scusate la lungaggine. Ciao
