Their pictures do not reflect a cheap quality we paid for and received a lamp that had stains all over it and then sent them a message indicating such with all the photos they responded back with “no problem you qualify for not needing to send back the lamp for exchange.” then suing eight weeks resulted in their responses telling us that now we need to send the item back but refuse to give us return labels or even a return address. Use caution when dealing with this vendor in fact avoid them completely the quality in photos do not match what the end product that’s delivered to you look for more reputable firms. I have after 13 weeks still not received my order for two Hana outdoor lights. I did not realize it was being shipped from China.

I’m still waiting over 2 months for a delivery that was supposed to come in 4-5 weeks. Customer service is no longer responding to my emails. I’m going to end up having to dispute this.

1. Packages arrived at different times, many weeks apart. I had to contact the company to see where the 2nd package was. It seemed like they forgot.
2. No instructions.
3. Fasteners are visible. It makes the product look cheap and corny.
4. The bulb's Kelvins are cold and commercial, casting a disruptive, jarring light.
5. You cannot install all 3 bulbs. Try it and let me know the secret to how you can fit all 3 bulbs into the shade.
