Not impressed
Item faulty. Store refused to collect telling me I had to return it to store. An 8 foot tall fridge freezer. Nigh impossible unless I pay a courier. Very unhappy. Very poor customer service and shoddy goods. Not impressed

The service was ok , I paid for next working day delivery but it wasn't worth it as there was a bank holiday so I had to was very long for my delivery.

They Cancelled order wit no communication
Ordered a microwave with next day delivery. The next day they just refunded the order without any reason or any form of contact. I don’t trust this company to fulfil an order.
If they respond to this feedback, then don’t bother telling me to contact your customer service, then don’t bother - they should have contacted me before cancelling the order! Advertising products and selling it online if you can’t supply is just a SCAM and a waste of my time

Product not as described
Product not described correctly, scratched and came in a scruffy box with the wrong charger. Admittedly there was no problem with returning the item, except the waste of a journey to pick it up. Then one assistant told me I had to claim my money back on line, but thank you to the experienced assistant who did it for me.

Great service and great product, I'd purchased a Samsung G7 1440p monitor as a treat for myself, to my dismay at the time it had arrived with a dead pixel on the screen but this is a known thing with monitors, i'd put the blame more on Samsung here and was not the fault of the Outlet store. Within a week Justin had organised a new one, I sent mine back and a new fresh monitor arrived a day or so later, absolute beast of a monitor and I couldn't be happier. I'll be using these guys alot in the future now not just because of the prices but due to the service Justin provided.
