Never sent me a box I finally got a response to a ticket they said I don't meet there criteria and they sent me there terms and conditions I could not find anything in there to back up what I said they also took £10 for delivery and never returned it I think there a shocking company and I think there rude and liars I do not recommend them to anyone s**t

I wish could put zero stars!! Checked out my order and kept 1 item last week, returned the box and now have been charged for a missing item (absolutely 100% this was returned - funny it’s the biggest and most expensive item in the box) PLUS I’ve been charged again for the item I already paid for! £100 down and no contact! Praying i can charge back via my bank!

Hab eine Box bestellt 2 Wochen gewartet nie bekommen größter Müll würde ich keinem empfehlen. Kundenservice antwortet auch nicht. Noch nie so eine schlechte Seite gesehen.

Don't go near this company. Out of the blue I received an email saying my box was being delivered shortly (2 years after Stitch fix emailed me to say they were going to become Outfittery and would send me details shortly of continuing with them which I never received) When I received the box it had obviously been tampered with and on inspection found 1 item to be missing. The rest of the items were bad fits (no account for my petite size). Took me 4 emails before I got one that didn't ping back. I wanted to return the box but wanted assurances that I would not be charged for the missing item (I had my own photos of the condition of the box although strangely (or conveniently) the courier photo was taken from an angle that did not show the damage). Instead I received some nonsense email requiring me to sign a mickey mouse "legal statement" stating that I was saying I had not received it and any fraudulent claim would result in legal action against me. I also had to return the box before they would consider the circumstances (again, despite the photos sent proving the condition). Several more emails later and no response from Outfittery and then a charge for over £500 for the box at midnight on a Friday evening. My bank is now handling the dispute but throughout all this the communication from Outfittery has been diabolical. The app I loaded to try and take control no longer responds and will not let me access my details. STAY CLEAR OF THEM. The clothes are overpriced (I could buy much of the same thing from TK Maxx cheaper), the customer service is non existent and if you ever want to get in touch with them, good luck.

Wollte mal was neues ausprobieren und neue Stils testen. Ich habe die Fragen ausgefüllt und regelmäßig die Quizes beantwortet, Angaben zu der Länge usw angegeben. Bekommen habe ich im tiefsten Winter, 3 Sommerkleider mit Spaghettiträgern und einen wollrock in Pink. Hatte eher das Gefühl das mir restgestände des Sales geschickt wurden. Nach dem Motto vielleicht geht doch etwas weg. Die zweite Box habe ich abbestellt, die 10 EUR wurden mir jedoch vom Konto abgebucht.

This company operates a simple scam. You send your items back, they claim you haven’t, they take your money then email to say they didn’t receive your items.

Look at all the reviews here, it’s a reoccurring scam. No phone number to call, they never email back.

My bank have opened up a case to get the money back and I have reported to Action Fraud.

Recently sent a box with no return label included, tried to contact their customer service team to communicate the issue but little to no response, when they did respond they sent me a return label via email, I'm currently travelling and have no access to the box until I return. I sent numerous emails to ask the team for more time and again no response. Have now been charged for a box I did not want in the first place. Overall a very disappointing service.

Rats said I would get the first box free, arrived now they say they want £700 odd quid. Very shady marketing! Will be reporting and sending everything back. Will never use or promote you ever again.

After an initial box delivery that went well, Outfittery then charged me for subsequent deliveries despite my account clearly being set to only sending deliveries when requested by me (i.e. "Occasional" setting). Outfittery ignored repeated attempts by me over several weeks, prior to delivery dispatch, informing them that I had made no order. They have deliberately set their customer service to be extremely difficult to contact (no phone number, no email address, just an online form).
Outfittery have attempted to charge me nearly £1,000 for an order initiated by them, and as a result they are currently reported for fraud. They have made no attempt to contact me to resolve the situation, after I have politely requested that they do so on at least 7 different occasions over the past month. Do not use them!

Des escrocs.
De nombreux problèmes (mauvais articles reçus, bon de commande erroné, mauvaise tailles reçues à plusieurs reprise, mauvaise qualité, ...) pedant ma période d'abonnement sur lesquels ils m'ont promis un bons d'achats valable sur les prochaines commandes que je n'ai jamais pu utiliser et ce malgré mais nombreux email au service client.
Auxquelles ils ne prennent même plus la peine de répondre.

I ordered a box which arrived... problem with checkout and error kept coming up. U able to rwfuse what i wanted and they went ahead and took my money. Unable to contact them. Do not buy feom here. Scammers

Recently sent me 2 boxes instead of 1. Turned off online returns, and asked me to return the boxes which I did. Then billed me in their entirety for 2 boxes.

I have contacted them multiple times by their online form and received no response. I have tried all other methods of communication and I’m mostly sent auto responses saying these are unmonitored mailboxes.

I did not have enough money in my account for one of the boxes and they keep trying to take the full amount and keep ignoring my messages and the evidence I have of the return.

I have sent you 3 online contact requests, and emailed every available email address, including ones you have responded to in the past

My wife has received a final letter stating that her case will be handed to debt collection, even though I sent back the returns via the Post Office label provided and have the POD stating 12th of December.

We have sent multiple emails and contact form requests for Outfittery to update her account accordingly, but no response or reply. It appears you cannot speak to a human.

It is so disappointing as we have been a customer for years and never had a issue.

Received an email on Christmas Day to say that I’d been charged over £600 rather than the £119 I owed. I had only kept three items from my last box (which was sent to me without my request/authority - another issue). I have emailed twice with no response. At the same time, they have updated their app and my order history has disappeared so no record of what I kept & returned. I’m pretty sure this must be a scam - why would you schedule emails at 8am on Christmas Day if it wasn’t in the hope that people would miss it and not notice? Am reviewing to warn others and am disputing the charge with my bank.

Die Auswahl könnte meine Großmutter gemacht haben. Insgesamt schlecht. Nach Rücksendung des grössten Teils der Sendung ist man nicht in der Lage die behaltenen Artikel abzurechnen.
Schlechte Erfahrungen zum zweiten - sicher zum letzten Mal.

Always great clothes and styles. Friendly people and knowledgeable about the styles looking for. The app and website also very easy and informative.

Le style correspond bien, je pense qu'il faut faire au moins un retour pour les tailles de certaines marques pour avoir une box a garder complète.
