I placed an order on May 16
I placed an order on May 16. They sent an email confirmation with a tracking number. I watched the tracking information frequently. I had bought the items to take on vacation but they never arrived. I checked the tracking today, June 22, and it says delivered. I never got anything. Trying to get a hold of customer service is a complete joke. No one replies. They claim to have live chat but it’s just an auto bot that takes a message and they say they’ll get back to you. I’ve disputed this charge with my credit card company at this point.
