Issues were -
- Lack of communications with customer
- Lack of Internal communications
- delivering the incomplete unit and having to come back which was an inconvenience
- Not providing all the information, this was to be an installation but was more just assemble.
I had to go and buy a battery and thread tape ( after paying over $13,000 for the unit) to get the BBQ to work as I was told they cannot connect this just as they left.
Overall, very disappointed and would not recommend to any of my friends

Chris was fantastic. So helpful and gave us the outdoor kitchen we wanted

Gasmate Heater Cover.
My buying experience was faultless. Great communication and easy transaction. Very fast Postage and great item. Fitted my heater perfectly.

Great products, great prices, great service

Had a few issues with a product, the service team was amazing and stopped at nothing to make sure I was looked after and up and rolling again.

Purchased a Fontana Forni Mangiafuoco pizza oven from Outdoors Domain in late 2021.

Less than three years later and the spark arrestor is collapsing as the spacers were clearly made of mild steel and have completely corroded despite the unit being exclusively stored under cover and the property being 10km from the ocean.

Further the chimney damper handle is badly corroded. Once this inevitably breaks I will have to somehow replace the entire chimney unit or else I won't be able to get the oven to temperature.

Over two weeks after being told they will raise the issue with Fontana am still waiting for a response from the retailer.

Edit: Have come back to me after I prompted them. Hopefully it gets sorted.

Outstanding end to end service. Pino provided very open honest sales advice and all staff couldn’t have been more helpful with any queries we had. The install guys were very professional and experienced. We couldn’t be happier with our outdoor kitchen.

So far happy with cantilever umbrella cover, seems good quality, order and delivery easy experience. Would recommend cover and company.

Right from the start it was a great experience.
Outdoor Domain had the Gasmate electric BBQ I was after, at a great price, with added bonuses as a package. As it was a gift, I requested specific delivery times - they did their very best to accommodate.
There was a small hiccup with a small item received and again, the did everything to fix it.
Jonathan was amazing with his help.
Highly recommended.
