The product was delivered on time and everything was as expected. Very good quality.

I thought everything up to the delivery was good. The truck that delivered it wasn’t set up to off load in my driveway because of its size. The driver wanted to drop it off the back. We ended up hand bombing it piece by piece.

This is my second Outdoor Living Today product, I felt compelled to write a review. In a world where craftsmanship is dying a slow death, this company gives me hope! I was amazed the first time around, my second experience was no different. The precision of all the pre-cut pieces means the whole thing fits together perfectly. The directions are easy to understand and follow. They follow up after your purchase with great support, making sure your experience goes well. You pay a little more for quality, you want value for your money. My OLT products are worth every penny and more.

Excellent communication and excellent product. I was contacted by phone prior to shipment to make sure we would be able to accept shipment. I then contacted them a couple days prior to delivery and requested that they have shipment to my husband at work since their truck wouldn't make it down our lane since we had quite a bit of mud after the winter thaw. They accommodated me and all went perfectly!

Our 10 x 10 gazebo shipped quickly and arrived well packaged/protected. It was a fun project and it took 2 of us about a day and a half to complete. All of the wood was straight and in good condition and the directions were easy to follow. I would highly recommend this product.

Outdoor Living Today contacted me after I placed my order through Costco.com and explained the delivery process in excellent detail. They also emailed me the assembly instructions so I could ensure I had everything I needed and was able to prepare the site for assembling the garden as soon as it arrived.

Followed up with a call after my order, and explained the entire process, installation tips and were SUPER friendly. Great company!

I was very impressed when an Outdoor Living customer service representative contacting me when my shed shipped to update me on my order status & offer any help I needed. It was very clear they are concerned with customer satisfaction.

Great product, awesome people.

My husband and son built the garden box on one Saturday but did the door the following week. The directions were mostly clear, and the pieces went together well.

The plastic hinges looked weak. So, we bought metal ones.

To strengthen the side with the door, my husband added a board over the door that was the length of the entire side to stabilize the doorway. We didn't quite get the ground completely level, and this top board helped pull the sides together in addition to adding shims under the side walls.

The completed garden box looks fantastic in our yard. I look forward to using it for years to come.

I received a phone call from a pleasant woman at Outdoor Living Today just to check to make sure I had really ordered 4 garden beds. I guess not too many people order that many.

Wonderfull experience

Came on time, good product. Nice follow up.

3x6 Garden Shed -- the shed was delivered very quickly after ordering in three separate boxes. Our house is located below street level, accessed by three sets of stairs down to the main floor. I moved all of the shed pieces down to our back room to apply wood treatment prior to assembling, except for the roof (which might take two people to carry down). Each of the large pieces (back, sides, doors, and floor) were fairly easy for me to move myself (I'm in my 60's). The wood treatment took me a partial day for each coat with 24 hour drying time between coats. I'm planning on assembling the shed as soon as we lay down the pavers in a week. The assembly instructions look straight forward and there are also some good videos online. The shed pieces are high quality and they look and smell great. I've called customer service a couple of time for some information (not related to any problems) and they were really great providing the information that I needed.

As a licensed General Contractor I appreciated the quality of the kit, it went up very quickly with no surprises !
The instructions are professionally written by someone who knew every step of the way.
All the parts were included and there was no damage upon unpacking.
All this adds up to a rare and wonderful experience, as a bonus the smell of fresh Cedar is intoxicating :)
