A very good product now that it is up and installed and brings an edge to my front porch. The only reason that I am giving 4 stars is the delivery service. It took over a week to be delivered and I left instructions for it to be left in a 'secret' place, the delivery driver left it on the doorstep in plain sight.

They had a matching bollard lamp to a lamp post I previously purchased earlier in the year. It was the same good quality, easy to install, and looked great. The website is straightforward to use. It came well packaged and on the expected day and time.
I would highly recommend the Outdoor Lighting Store.

Excellent quality Lantern plus a 2 year warranty
Easy ordering process and swift delivery. The Lantern looks good and works perfectly detecting movement as required at night. The 2 year warrenty is longer than many other companies lanterns of similar design.

Very late delivery
I ordered some lights and had a despatch email on 29 Jul 26. Items not yet arrived by 10 Aug, called customer service and we discovered that the lights would be delivered by 11 Aug almost 2 weeks late. I am not sure where the failure in delivery happened I was left without my lights. Disappointing from a highly rated company

Svar fra Outdoor Lighting Store
Hi Alan,
Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and sorry for the issues you encountered.
I am disappointed to see such a review after the extensive discussions this morning where the team investigated and explained what happened, which was out with our control.
As discussed this morning, your order was collected from us on the 29th July by DPD who inexplicably took 10 days to scan your parcel. The DPD tracking was sent to you at the time of collection by our system. Your call this morning was the first time we were aware of the issue and therefore able to query with DPD. I can see that the parcel has finally been delivered this morning thankfully.
I appreciate and share your disappointment. We are at the mercy of the couriers and on this occasion have been let down. We do pride ourselves on our service and as our feedback shows thankfully we get it right more often than not.
Kind regards,
Simon

Very pleased with the lights
Very pleased with the lights. However was not impressed with the delivery. Was at home but the driver did not ring the doorbell, just threw the parcel over the side gate!!

The website was easy to use and navigate. Once i'd chosen the light I wanted the checkout process was straightforward. As I ordered my items in the morning, they were dispatched the same day and arrived quickly. The lights were as described and work perfectly. Would use again.
