The customer service from Talei was brilliant. Went out of her way to get my parcel to me in time for christmas.

Firstly when ordered the item it was shipped very quickly. Due to an issue with manufacturer we have had to navigate a return of a part but JOEL has been INCREDIBLE. He was prompt in negotiating with manufacturer, looked at every possible solution to support our needs and then made it happen. Joel deserves a customer service medal!

Outback Equipment has exceeded expectations so far. I’ve now had two orders delivered to Adelaide and the service has been impressive. Price and postage times were both great. There was a manufacturing fault with my AFK bag and Joel was a legend when it came out after sales support. He quickly fixed the issue with same day postage of a replacement item, no questions asked. The quality of communication and service from Joel and the team means that I’ll be a repeat customer. Great stuff!

I ordered product from Outback Adventure Supplies on the 11th December. No indication on the product's page that is was not in stock. So of course it did not arrive from China in time for Christmas. Outback Equipment need to be clear in terms of delivery timeframes as this product was not in stock in Australia.
I hope Outback Adventure Supplies pay for the return postage given I no longer need the product, whenever it turns up, as I had to purchase elsewhere.

Outback Equipment is a great place to do business. They've got a good range at competitive prices, and are big on customer satisfaction. When I recently had a problem with an order, Summer was particularly quick to sort it out and was very helpful. I would certainly recommend this business.

Although I was disappointed with the product I ordered was not in stock at the time. The delay was an acceptable even pleasant experience as Talei handled the delay I would describe as "caring".

I recently purchased a weathershield for my Pajero Sport. Even though the online photo only showed the front passenger side I expected a full set. Apart from the photo there was nothing written to indicate that I was purchasing just one passenger side weathershield. The ad simply did not have enough information and should be clarified.

The customer service person I spoke to (Talei) was brilliant- 5 stars for her. She explained very clearly what I had purchased and was very helpful in assisting me to make a second purchase. She is a credit to the organisation and has amazing customer service skills- well done Talei!

The confusing ad needs to be improved. I'm now paying 2 freight charges when it could have been one.

I purchased an air hose from the website, it was faulty from first use. I sent them an email and I received a quick response from Joel. He laid out everything they needed to address the issue in one email. I received a note that I would be sent a replacement and I have received a tracking number for the replacement shipment the same day. Very fast and simple service Thank you to Joel for making things easy.

Talei was brilliant , she sorted a small problem with the order with patience and professionalism . The online ordering system needs to be much simpler..why do you need passwords etc etc to order a caravan part ? and the same applies to writing a review .

Company has a gr8 range of items relation to my caravanning needs whilst travelling Oz.
Staff are helpful & friendly.
When having a warranty issue with one product, this was reported & action was conducted straight away.
For example contact was made by Outback Equip to the manufacturer of the item within 1 hours & replacement part posted to me the same day.
Very happy all round with Outback Equip.
