DON'T BOTHER unless you want to give them a bunch of money right away. What a waste of time. First they banned my new account for zero reason. I contacted them and they said it was "human error". After all that time, I was allowed 3 messages and now there's 3 messages in my inbox, but they want money for me to read them. Piss off. Almost everybody I've seen is on other free sites.

They will take your money and then cancel you after a month or two. They did me. I paid $150 for a year's subscription, and this Jewish lady, whom I met on “Our Time,” wrote to them and had me banned. How do I know? Because she told me so. Why, because I was a Christian and supported President Trump. She said, “I can never be around a Trump supporter, or Christian, no, I will have you banned. And she did. A day later, I tried to go on “Our Time,” but I couldn't get on. And that same day, a lady I met on “Our Time” called me. I gave her my phone number. she said, “Hey Paul, are you ok? I tried to contact you on “Our Time” and it said you were banned.”
“OUR TIME” does not allow you to define yourself; these communists find you guilty without and chance of a defense. Do not use these websites unless you have money you want to through away.

Went to sign up for Outime.com and review, entered my email address but it said is not accepted, what's up??? Tells me they only want certain people they can easily take advantage of

If I could give zero stars I would. Ourtime is the worse of all their sites.

Ourtime has you complete criteria your looking for then throw everything you're not looking for at you.

Save your money and consider Facebook dating.

i’ve been checking out online dating sites and Our Time was supposed to be one of the better ones. Unfortunately, I do not think this is true.
I simply have not been able to contact them (other than getting standard form responses, knowing full well that a real person has not read emails), to delete my account, to even get into my account… Extremely frustrating and a huge waste of time. “Don’t Go There” is my advice.

horrible customer service. you ask for help and you get a bot response telling you your account is great, except you can't get logged into it. pathetic

After 5 weeks membership (Premium $126) paid up until August, my profile disappeared, and the picture was not me but another woman. They have our email addresses and pictures so they can continue using once you are no longer a member. FRAUD. I called my credit card to see about reimbursement. Don't waste your money. Stay away.

Ourtime is poor value. Vast majority of views from people all over the country, even France. No way of knowing if a message has been read...it probably hasn't.
To cap it all, cancelling the follow on subscription was impossible - I had to email customer care and hope they will do it.
AVOID!

It's a scam sight, when you stop spending money, they trump up some reason to remove your profile.

I've been using OurTime (OT) for some months now, and my experience has been mostly mediocre. Let's see pros (+) and cons (-) (keep in mind this is from a man's POW):

+ There is a good number of women in my area (being in Italy, this isn't true for other dating sites). I don't know how many are real, but some surely are.
+ If you join the site but you don't subscribe (pay), OT will send you periodically a mail with a discount on your subscription. So you better wait for it.

- Most profiles have a very minimal, or even empty, description. It's like these women don't put even a minimum of effort in their dating approach. Many posts just one picture; many of them are with sunglasses on.
Of course this isn't OT's fault, but it still makes for a disappointing experience.
- The user interface (on PC, never used the app) is poor: maybe it's designed mostly for mobile, but many actions require several clicks or are unnecessarily awkward.
- I sent a question to their help desk: I didn't get any reply. I'm afraid this is their nomal modus operandi.
- The worst aspect, though, it's that when you pay for a normal subscription (not Premium), you can send messages but the receiver will NOT be able to reply or even READ them! Therefore you pay but it's practically useless, it will be like talking to a wall. And this is not explicitly said on the subscription page nor clearly on the help pages. I sent several long messages (before discovering this), and I didn't hear back from any of them; of course, they couldn't even READ my messages!
With a Premium subscription, though, anybody will be able to write to you and - of course - reply to your messages. Keep this in mind.
It feels like the normal subscription is kind of a "clickbait" to engage users, and then push them into the more costly Premium one. I find this dishonest and manipulative, so it's most likely I will never use this site again.

Summary: OT seems like a good dating site at first, with a fair number of users and nice functions. It being directed at "senior" users only (50+) makes it more focused and, in theory at least, more likely to create fruitful interactions.
In pratice, though, most users seems shallow or trivial or too passive (here in Italy, at least). Navigating the site is sometimes awkward. And the normal subscription plan is almost useless, since your messages won't be read nor can be replied to (but they don't tell you this). It feels like this company cares more about its business than about the users.
All in all, in my opinion OT is not really worth it. And I'm afraid this is true for every dating site in the Match group (Match, Meetic, Ourtime, Tinder, Hinge, etc.).

Uso OurTime (OT) da qualche mese ormai, e la mia esperienza è stata per lo più scadente. Vediamo i pro (+) e i contro (-) (tenete presente che questo è il punto di vista di un uomo):

+ Ci sono un buon numero di donne nella mia area (essendo in Italia, questo non vale per altri siti di incontri). Non so quante siano vere, ma alcune sicuramente lo sono.
+ Se ti iscrivi al sito ma non ti abboni (paghi), OT ti invierà periodicamente una mail con uno sconto sul tuo abbonamento. Quindi è meglio aspettare.

- La maggior parte dei profili ha una descrizione scarna o breve, o addirittura vuota. E' come se queste donne non si impegnassero minimamente nel loro approccio al dating. Molte pubblicano solo una foto; molte di loro indossano occhiali da sole.
Ovviamente questo non è colpa di OT, ma rende comunque l'esperienza deludente.
- L'interfaccia utente (su PC, non ho mai usato l'app) è scadente: forse è pensata principalmente per i dispositivi mobili, ma molte azioni richiedono diversi clic o sono inutilmente scomode.
- Ho inviato una domanda al loro help desk: non ho ricevuto risposta. Temo che questo sia il loro standard.
- L'aspetto peggiore, però, è che quando paghi un abbonamento normale (non Premium), puoi inviare messaggi ma il destinatario NON potrà rispondere o addirittura LEGGERLI! Quindi paghi ma è praticamente inutile, sarà come parlare al muro. E ciò non è detto esplicitamente nella pagina dell'abbonamento né chiaramente nelle pagine di aiuto. Ho inviato diversi lunghi messaggi (prima di scoprirlo), e non ho ricevuto risposta da nessuna di loro; ovviamente, non potevano nemmeno LEGGERE i miei messaggi!
Con un abbonamento Premium, invece, chiunque potrà scriverti e - ovviamente - rispondere ai tuoi messaggi. Tienilo a mente.
Sembra che l'abbonamento normale sia una specie di "specchietto per le allodole" per coinvolgere gli utenti e poi spingerli al più costoso Premium. Lo trovo disonesto e manipolativo, quindi è molto probabile che non userò mai più questo sito.

After purchasing a six month subscription for almost $200 (trying seriously to find a real relationship,) I was inundated with profiles that had nothing to do with my preferences. and then when I needed to change my contact email because Outlook was blocking my messages, OT blocked me! Claimed I was suspicious because of an email change and then they have ZERO human support. You live in a loop of reset your password until you are blue in the face and then you’re told YOU VIOLATED SOMETHING (we won’t tell you what, but you can’t have your money back!). Horrible and more disappointing than the inappropriate profiles they sent me. Because there is no way to get customer service, you are simply screwed. Don’t go on the site unless you are willing to throw away your money. I really tried to give this a good effort, but how incredibly sad it turned out.

Member for 4 months. Company claims that they will email date/member profiles to you daily as potential matches. But emailed member profiles live all over the country, not within your state, or within your geographic preferences. Did contact one member who had same problem, and ended her membership. They keep trying to sell you additional services, which if you don’t purchase limits your ability to contact other members. Site poorly managed, not worth the time or effort.

Absolute worst dating app ever! Total scam! They blatantly lie to you by telling you that if you pay a subscription you can filter what you want in a man/woman so that that’s all you’ll get in your “feed”. Example; I filtered they had to be at least 6 foot tall, live within 50 miles radius of me and be under the age of 60. The only way I could do that is if I paid for a subscription called premium so that I could use the filters… so, After I paid the premium and submitted the filters guess what didn’t happen? You got it! I still got a bunch of short men who lived in different states in my feed matter of fact I never got anybody in my feed that was remotely close to what I had submitted as my ideal mate and things that I called dealbreaker such as smoking or drinking. The so-called deal breakers are supposed to protect you from being matched with somebody who smokes or drinks if you don’t. But only if you pay for the premium subscription! Which I did because I’m an idiot but I won’t fall for that again and I’m hoping I can keep anybody else from falling from this scam of a company as well! Now I’m off to PayPal to see if I can get my money recouped!

This company seems to be a scam to steal your info & pics. When you join after submitting all info/pics, you're unable to verify the account. Customer service promises to look into it but it's been 2 days with no resolve.

Basically, you get locked out of the site immediately. Probably, so that they can use our photos & info to create fake profiles as do ALL dating sites now. Most profiles are not active people!!

As others have mentioned, this site is horrible. They have fake profiles, there are women on there that are professional hookers, other women looking for Visas to the US, I had at least 10 women ask me for money and a place to live. Multiple women asked me for personal information. Many women on the site are still married. They AUTO charge your card for every mouse click and then it's $150 for a six month subscription and then women who don't pay CAN"T respond to your unless you PAY MORE. Horrible, horrible site.

I never subscribed & they won't unsubscribe me
I suddenly started receiving daily emails from Ourtime.com a couple of weeks ago and despite hitting unsubscribe to every email the emails keep coming. Now I just have to block them. Judging from the other reviews it's a scam site so be very wary. 1 star is 1 too many.

I paid my subscription and it asked me for my phone number. I entered is and it came up as, 'Invalid, call customer services'. I had trouble finding the number because I could not get into the website. When I did they messaged me several questions and then declared I did not pass security. I claimed the money back from my credit card. Dodgy company, good luck!

A company who purchase email addresses illegally and create user accounts. You than report your email is being used fraudulently via the contact form in the email they send and there reply is to tell you to email someone else claiming its a different company. I try log into the account by the reset password option to shut the account down and I never receive an email to do it. Its now got to a point where this company have been reported to the Data Protection Commision as I've no other way to stop this crap.

Update. Company are refusing to close this. This is a huge safety concern for there current users. The negligence they are displaying is dumfounding.
