I'm very satisfied with my Forever Song print. It came fairly quick, shipped 4 days after ordering and arrived the next day. That was with the queue jump option. The Spotify code worked perfectly. I was given a chance to see a digital version of your print before it's produced to have a final say on how it looks, it wasn't the high res option you can pay for but was still nice! Customer service was stellar and very responsive in my experience. The package it came in was labeled fragile so that gave me peace of mind that it was handled carefully with some paper cushioning in the package.

The print itself is quite simple being a printed canvas stapled on the back to a wood frame with a piece you hang it with at the top and bumps at the bottom to raise it away from the wall. If you look very closely it can be a bit blurred which I'm assuming is because it isn't a super high DPI print but in my opinion is still great if you're looking at it just close enough to read.

I was beyond pleased with customer service, production and delivery. The canvas that I ordered was for a wedding gift and the bride cried when she saw this gift. It turned out absolutely beautiful.
Emma and I must have emailed back-and-forth at least 10 times. Always prompt, answered all my questions as well as worked out a couple of kinks for me. She is amazing and absolutely a gem.
I highly recommend using this company, you will not be disappointed!

Most every couple has “their song” What a great and unique product to remind the person you love what that song is. Something your friends and loved ones can hang up on their wall and be proud to show off.

My Forever Song canvas came with the wrong Spotify code, but Emma took care of everything immediately and had a new mock draft with the correct song that same day. The customer service I received means almost as much as the product.

Small businesses take care of their customers and that’s exactly what happened in my case. I would give them 5 stars all day long with the top notch service I received. It’s nice to know there are nice people out there that don’t make you answer 75 questions and make things a hassle.

You can’t go wrong with this product. It’s unique and meaningful.

I bought Our Forever Song for my daughter and her husband’s third anniversary. I was so pleased with the ease of ordering and with the product itself. My daughter loved it and immediately hung it is as soon as she got home.

I was told about this company for a friend who said their experience was a good one with a purchase they made. So I decided I’d give it a chance for a gift for my wife for our anniversary. Needless to say I paid for the product, the skip the line production, and expedited shipping. Well unfortunately all of that in my opinion was a gimmick. The fees for the faster production and shipping ended up being credited back because of the length of time to produce and ship 15 days from start to finish. The product arrived and honestly I just gave up…. Once my wife and I opened the package and saw the corner of the product was smashed and the canvas was shiny and cheap looking I said to myself it’s not even worth the back and fourth with “Emma” getting emails about understanding when in reality it seems no one cares. I would highly recommend you run away from this company, let alone ever purchase anything from them.

At this point a refund is more then warranted not a partial refund but 100% money back for the wasted time and disappointment
