I think that you have a very good product but it needs to be more widely known. Your only retail outlet is in Solihull and according to my investigations there is nothing in the south east. I think you should be more adventurous and invest in other retail shops or invite existing businesses to sample the market for O bag.

My recent purchase of an O Bag from an OBag boutique and subsequent extra accessories ordered online to go in the bag - are just great !
All items arrived on time ahead of the delivery estimated date and fit the bag perfectly .
It's fun and has had a lot of compliments especially the fur trim on the top - great for winter styles and the material of the main bag is very practical for commuting .

For Christmas I received an obag voucher and I was so looking forward to create my own bag.
However I had a series of consecutive issues that made my experience not very pleasant.
Firstly I found complicated to redeem the voucher.
Once I chose my items there was a difference of 20£ to add to the voucher but it wasn’t possible to proceed using PayPal. Quite annoyied by it, i then decided to pay by credit card but it wasn’t possible too. Thinking that there was an issue with my iPhone I left the basket with my items and logged it the following day from my office in order to pay. Unfortunately one of the item I picked (velvet insert) was not longer available. I was not happy with it as if I would have been able to pay the previous day that insert would have been mine. Anyway, I picked a different insert and managed to pay. After 2 days from my order I thought that the parcel was on its way but instead I received an email from the customer service; the lady from the customer service informed me that the insert was not longer available so they couldn’t ship the parcel until I wouldnt have picked a different one. I was so annoyed and I expressed my frustration replying to that email telling my experience as apparently their website didn’t work properly. I also communicated my new choice for the replacing insert. The customer service lady replied that she was sorry about my experience and she was surprised as they always receive good feedback. What kind of reply is that?! She also told me that she couldn’t proceed with the new item because I needed to pay beforehand 14£ of difference. Fair enough. I then picked a plain, simple and less expensive insert hoping that all this was going to an end. I received my beautiful bag within 4 days after that email and I was happy with it as it was beautiful. I used the bag a few time and suddenly the insert zip broke. I couldn’t believe it! I contacted obag via email and sent them a picture showing the broken zip. They replied and ensured the high quality of their items saying that my experience was only a isolated event. They asked me also to send back the faulty item and then they would have proceed sending the replacement. I am still waiting for the replacement but in a nutshell this experience has been a bad joke. I’m not happy with a customer service that replyes that they always receive good feedbacks when I let them know that probably there is an issue with their website. I hope this will help to improve the future customer experience for other people as I will never ever buy anything online from obag.
The bag otherwise is beautiful if only I could use it! Looking forward to receive the new insert. Sorry obag for this negative feedback.
