I phoned them several times to discuss purchases and ended up with £20+ calls on my mobile bill because this is a 0845 number. This number gets charged once as an access charge and once as a service charge. NOT IMPRESSED.

I ordered my Obag three months ago and was not in to sign when the delivery driver came. Contacted obag aswell as DPD waited for two weeks for their enquiry to be done and got sent a message saying that the bag has been delivered when I enquired about proof of signature got sent a signature that is nothing like mine!! Both Obag and DPD have been difficult to deal with during all of this! Would not recommend!

Made an error in my order and received an email within a very short period of time. The associate that helped me did a fantastic job and even sent me a picture of what my bag would look like before she completed my order. Love doing business with you. thank you for your attention to detail and taking those extra steps to ensure quality customer service. It was most appreciated.

We bought a watch from them. The casing broke within a month -- weak spot near the watch stem. No problem, it had a year warranty, right? Took it back to the store where we bought it, but the store was gone. Took them 2 months to answer my email to customer service. Then they told us it was "ordinary wear and tear" and not covered by the warranty. I will not buy anything else from them.

It is great to have this European bag brand now available in the U.K. Although I live offshore and not able to shop in the London branch, the staff at Obag are so giving of their time and support to help you 'build a bag' to suit your needs and colour schemes. You can contact them by live chat, email or phone and they replicate the ideas you want into wonderful quality pictures of bag combinations which are emailed to you for consideration. It is wonderful to have this service and the added pleasantness and professionalism of the team at Obag. And I love that when I use my bag and it is much admired that is bespoke to me and hasn't cost a fortune! Thank you team Obag UK.

This is a great company, new ideas every season, love my watches (have 3) they co-ordinate with my outfits beautifully and keep excellent time. The staff at the company are very helpful when you call and it is so easy to order. Thank you O bag!!

I bought the large knapsack convertible to shoulder bag. Very capacious. When I put about five pounds of gear in it, the rubber caps that hold the handles on popped off.
the first time it happened, I thought it was a defective one. Then another one went.
So essentially I paid two hundred dollars for something that doesn't have any function for me.
These might be cute but I bought this to function not just as a fashion statement.
Very unhappy. I told the clerk in the store how I used it and they did not say there was a limit of just a couple of pounds on this bag.

Thank you for sending the link which just reconfirms, you do not follow your own policy of having a ‘longstanding commitment to your customers to deliver the highest standard of care and assistance, constantly striving to improve your service’ and seeing as you asked, I am letting you know, you are not doing very well.
Your priority is not your customers, otherwise, your company would have been at least, somewhat understanding and apologetic and at the minimum, offered new complimentary handles, that is what customer service is all about - making your customer feel good about their purchase, even when things go wrong. I am with the husband of another reviewer, new straps should have been the least you should have offered for a bag of only 6 months old, the bag only having being used for 2 months max and not even every day. Quite clearly, there has been strap issues previously.

I found what I wanted easily and quickly. Would love a store in Vancouver, BC!!! My order was delivered super fast...love love my O bag.

Second purchase already within a week. I bought the mini bag first and realised I needed the classic size.
Brilliant service. Again ordered Monday delivered Tuesday.

I discovered O Bags! on 3-20-2017 and bought my first bag on the spot. Many people compliment it. This week I noticed the strap was crazing/cracking and the turquoise blue veneer was delaminating. I admit thinking at the time of purchase that the strap was rather narrow--about a half to 5/8 inch--for use as a shoulder strap (I'm an engineer, calculations swim in my head), but I liked the color. Structurally inferior, but that's the designer's choice, right? Surely quality control prevails, right?

So yesterday I went back to the shop where I purchased it to replace the strap and was shown some rope straps. Ok, so I paid $40 for one. It's nice.

Come home and my husband asks me why the original strap isn't under warranty given the cost of the bag. *me feeling stupid"

So I look up the warranty and discover it is two years (yay) but only if it's purchased after October 2017, (not so yay) and it's an online purchase, otherwise one is directed to go back to the store. Great. *my social anxiety flares up in having to face the store clerk to explain my misforture/stupidity or my husband for not doing so"

Couldn't the clerk have offered a discount or coupon on a replacement strap after seeing the crazing/cracking of the strap after a little more than one year, especially when one rarely uses the same purse for 365 days in a very seasonal local?

Now nothing but negative thoughts when I look at the bag. O my.

My experience with O bag online has been outstanding - website is easy to navigate and customer service is swift, personalised and efficient.

Obag online offer excellent customer service. I recently gave them a less than favorable review and then discovered it was my mistake not theirs.They have been most gracious in their dealings with me and i am happy with the handles i bought, and the refund mix up was my mistake not theirs.

I love O bag products and wanted two more pair of sunglasses however the shops in the USA don't carry them. I contacted the London store and the employees there were so helpful. We exchanged a number of emails, including pictures, so that they could make sure I ordered what I wanted. I'd receive an email when I woke up in the morning but due to the time difference, my response timing was at their close of business so I'd wake up the next day with my reply. The sunglasses were sent to me with no shipping charge since I had spent over $100 and they arrived within 3 business days. I am so pleased with the service I received, especially from Kuljeet, who was my main contact but also from a few of her colleagues. O bag sunglasses are very lightweight and comfortable to wear. I highly recommend this store as well as the product.

I have admired Obags from afar for a while and finally my husband got me a lovely pink flowery one - a style and colour that just wasn’t me! But Obag customer service (specifically Kuljeet) helped rectify the disappointment and I am very excited to start my (likely) Obag addiction - in blues, brights and classic lines. Thank you Kuljeet.

I love this brand. Everyone in Sicily were sporting these beautiful coloured and uniquely styled bags. such a lot of fun. This one is big enough to hold my laptop for work or shopping and will work as a beach bag with rope handles. The ordering and delivery process was easy and without problem. Bag in perfect condition and much admired.
