I purchased 2 scents from a lovely…

I purchased 2 scents from a lovely sales girl called Lina and her customer service was outstanding! She helped me choose a scent my daughter and sister would love for Christmas! Definitely recommend x

We met with Lina who introduced to the oils at Brent Cross. She was very pleasant and knowledgeable and we found two fragrances that we loved. The oils are good quality and strong. Definitely recommend and would repurchase.

Had a fantastic experience at Oud…

Had a fantastic experience at Oud Library in Westfield. Lina was exceptionally friendly, patient and professional! She encouraged me to take my time exploring different scents and made the whole experience feel special. I ended up choosing Vanilla Cashmere, which is absolutely stunning. Thank you for such wonderful service, I’ll be recommending you to everyone!

Lina helped me find my scent she was extremely helpful and kind and took her time in finding the perfect smell.
And she gave me a great discount definitely would recommend buying my perfumes here again

Nadia and Omar were truly awesome

Nadia and Omar were truly awesome. Some of the most friendly and down to earth salespeople I’ve ever met. I’m definitely coming back to buy Eternal Eclipse and Amour Haven because of them. Such a great experience and product!! They definitely deserve a bonus!

doesnt last long

i bought royal bliss and one hubby - i can say they both dont last 24 hours on my skin as described sadly. sprayed royal bliss in the morning and 3-4 hours later its gone eventho im just in my room. dissapointed. im wondering if what they put on display at their booths are diff then the ones they sell? :(

Hi there, thank you for sharing your feedback. We completely understand your concern and really appreciate your honesty.

Because our fragrances are pure oils and contain no alcohol, they behave differently from spray perfumes. They sit closer to the skin, releasing scent more subtly and gradually over time. Longevity can vary depending on skin chemistry, which includes your skin’s natural oils, pH balance, and hydration levels. For example, dry skin tends to absorb oil faster, making the scent fade sooner, while well-moisturised or naturally oily skin holds the scent for much longer.

If you enjoy the scent itself, you can also apply a small amount to neutral areas like clothing or hair rather than just the skin. Oils tend to last significantly longer on fabrics because they don’t evaporate as quickly and in many cases, they can last up to 2–3 days on clothes. Here’s how to do it safely:

- Apply a small dab and gently rub it between your wrists, then touch your wrists to your collar, shirt, or sleeves.

- Avoid delicate fabrics like silk or suede.

- For a balanced diffusion, apply to pulse points (neck, wrists, inner elbows) after moisturising.

And just to clarify, our display testers come from the same exact batch as the bottles we sell. There’s absolutely no difference in quality or concentration.

Lina stopped me today , I told her I got a blocked nose she told me she could fix it , she made me smell some coffee and then I smelt the tester strip and I could smell the magnificent scent one hubby it was so good like magic !! Coming back for sure

Lina was an exceptional sales assistant the first initial approach to me was direct but also funnh she stopped me right in my tracks her enthusiasm and smarts about the products is what led me to purchase the lovely fragrance ONE HUBBY top marks

Got stopped today ready to leave but the girlies were too sweeett!!! Warmest sisters ever, Amina, Lina and Babaganoush had me spending and i left a happy girl, deffo seeing me again! x
