Fitter was very good and helpful.

We are very happy to be the proud owners of a lovely new front door.
This is the second time we have used Otter Windows and throughly recommend them.
Thank you to Andy for his initial advice, to Ian and Chris for expertly fitting the door and to Debbie who keeps everything in order and is a joy to speak to.

Mark replaced three windows, not a straight forward job on our old cottage. We are very pleased with the look and finish. This is the third time we have used otter windows in sixteen months, previously having a new front door and sunroom.

This is the second time we have used Otter windows, the first many years ago.
Everything from start too finish was a pleasant experience.
Mark arrived on time and was very professional, polite and friendly.
Fitted a new back door and window, along with the front door.
Showed how the front door mechanism worked and explained everything along the way.
Cleaned up afterwards so absolutely no mess was left behind.
Would highly recommend them to anyone.
The service is still as exceptional as it was the first time we used them.

Mark made a good job of fitting my windows today.

Good communication from start to finish. This is the 3rd time we’ve used Otter Windows and we will continue to use their services. Mark did a great job fitting window - am very happy with finished job.

Paul turned up when promised and did a great job replacing a door. He cleaned up afterwards and showed me how the locking mechanism worked. Delighted with both the quality of the product and the trouble-free installation. I’ve bought from Otter Windows before and remain a happy customer.

The salesman made three commitments during his visit - none of which transpired to be correct (possibly this is the nature of sales). Follow up had a couple of minor errors - easily forgivable.
The entire experience was salvaged by an exemplary installation by Paul Kwidzinski who carried out the work in a very thorough and professional manner. Always polite, working cleanly and competently to achieve an excellent installation.

John and Debbie were very helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process, and we're also the most competitively priced of three quotes we received. The sash windows we bought are well fitted and high quality- solid and smooth in operation.
I would recommend Otter Windows to anyone interested in fairly priced and nicely installed windows.

Had a problem with shutting one of our windows that was fitted about six years ago, had a visit from John Capon who was most helpful and resolved the problem in a matter of minutes
