Otter Spirit Anmeldelser

The bracelets I ordered were lovely. I bought them as gifts, but ended up not sending the second so it ended up on my wrist. I was disappointed when it broke but when I contacted customer support the exceptional service was immediate in addressing the situation and getting a replacement to me. The 2yr warranty is solid. I'd purchase otter spirit products again 👍

The bracelet quality is exceptional! The customer service, especially Jen Williams, went above and beyond! Super sweet and kind!
I needed to exchange the bracelets to the larger size and she stayed in touch with me about the progress of my order the entire time.

These bracelets are amazing. They feel good on my arm and have become a must for every day. I love the mini option as it fits better with my lifestyle. Plus supporting the otters is a big plus as someone from the Bay Area! You won’t be disappointed with the beautiful energy these crystals bring to your life!

A beautiful product and good customer service. They reacted to my request for bigger bead size promptly. My new bracelets are just what I wanted. I would absolutely purchase from them again.

The bracelets I received were beautiful and I wear them often. I highly recommend this company for thoughtful gifts!

The bracelets are so beautiful - wonderful quality and energy.
The team is so sweet and helpful.
Shout out to Jen, whom I communicated with the most. Thank you for making the experience special. I appreciate it.
And I love the fact that they donate to the otter community.
Thanks again.
Blessings and magic to you - from Anna the Aussie.

I purchased two bracelets. When they arrived, they looked to be of really good quality, and the one was, but the other bracelet broke almost immediately. I had provided that review to the company to let them know, understanding that it could have just been a defect in the one band. Without any request, they promptly replied and shipped me a replacement bracelet. Their customer service was truly outstanding. Beyond the product, I would shop here again and tell others based off of my overall experience. This company is worth supporting.

First time ordering. Great quality and packaging of gemstone bracelets. One bracelet was left out in shipping. Immediate attention given and bracelet was sent priority. Customer service was beyond excellent. They have redefined a quality product line as well as what first class customer service really is. Appreciate $1 donated in care of the otter's.

From the moment you interact with their brand, you can feel the intention, integrity, and heart behind everything they do. This company!!!!🤩 I honestly have never experienced better customer service which is so encouraging because they’re a business that sells intentional products with true spiritual impact and so if just adds to their authenticity. The genuine gem stone bracelets I have received from Otter Spirit are absolutely beautiful and top quality. You can feel the love in each piece. Also the fact that they care for the otters in Monterey is 😭😭 love this so much!!!
I have purchased several bracelets for myself and friends and it’s so special that you receive a little card detailing the gem stones abilities and associations. Wonderful addition to your spiritual awakening! Love yourself and wear these precious stones!!

The quality of the gemstones is amazing, and the customer service and accommodations were top notch. Incredibly polite and quick responses and willing to work with me on changing orders or requests. Definitely shop here!!

Ordered during the holiday crunch and experienced a few snags with certain bracelet's availability after my order was placed. Customer service notified me about this before the shipment launched so I could select another product instead.
Jen Williams from Otter Spirit is absolutely fantastic. Stayed with me every step of the way and responded to every email within minutes prividing solutions! Will shop here again and highly recommend this company!

🤔I was looking for a reputable company to purchase some 2mm/4mm crystal bracelets from. I was letting a company be guided to me✨️.
🤔I did not want to purchase on impulse. I've purchased fake ones before and I'm not a fan🙅🏻‍♀️. I was on TikTok /YouTube don't quite remember where and saw this company. I checked them out and made a purchase from them.
🤔 When I received my package 📦 which arrived quickly. I was very impressed with the packaging 🫶🏼. The card description and Affirmation is very thoughtful and affirming . The bracelets oh! I loved 😍 them very much.
🤔I appreciate that this company donate $1 from every purchase to Otters. I also appreciate the warranty on their items. Anna R that work there is very nice and efficient👍🏼. I feel this company is pretty cool.

Otter Spirit has quality bracelets and exceptional customer service. There are deals sometimes so it makes shopping there even more appealing. I like that the company contributes towards sea otters' conservation efforts. I highly recommend their products.

Otter Spirit has the most beautiful jewelry and even better customer service! I have bought from them maybe a dozen times and have had a few issues, none their fault, that they went over and beyond what a customer would expect. Buy from them with confidence!

Have received a gift from this company and also have ordered as a gift for another. The quality of their products is high, their prices are reasonable, and their customer service is exceptional. I needed to make an exchange and they were incredibly quick to respond and assist me. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I just received my bracelets and they arrived with care and thoughtfulness. The size that I picked fits beautifully. Thank you OtterSpirit for the most beautiful abundance bracelets — the energy, the intention, the craftsmanship… everything.
Here’s to new beginnings, elevated energy, and the next chapter.

They offer discounts on an amount purchasing. They stand behind their product. I feel these gemstone/crystal bracelets are of a high quality.

I love, love, love that they are supporting animals with their sales.

I am very happy with this company and they are my go to for purchasing gemstone/crystal jewelry.

I highly recommend this company to everyone. ❤️

Super cool brand. I especially loved the sphere gems they are creating. I had many options to choose from. It really helped me to find which gem I wanted to have. I heard that they are expanding their accessories as well. In couple of months there will be ring options. Which I probably will grab one that I resonate with.

I have had nothing but great experiences with ordering and delivery. The products are top quality and when I did share insights with their team I got quick responses including being sent a replacement earring when I had difficulty with the latch.
