Very poorly made boots! I have emailed them for a return but they have not replied. Do not purchase from this company!

Advertising specifically states made in Canada, tracking says order is shipping from China. Almost 3 weeks and order hadn’t arrived and tracking indicates order has not left original shipping location. 5 unanswered emails. Located contact info in USA on their websites that describes them as a US company that services Canada. I suspect I will never see the items I paid for!

I ordered a pair of boots in size 6.5/7. They sent the boots two sizes larger. Despite multiple emails, they have not responded to my request for directions to return.

After at least 5 attempts by email to return one size coat for another - one initial response as to what size I wanted to exchange for - and then ghosted. Infuriating.

The coat was a the worst constructed article I have ever purchased. Puckered in all the wrong places. Made you believe they are Canadian. Not! Chinese. Promised me a 50% return on this piece of garbage which I never received. DO NOT PURCHASE anything. A complete unethical scam

Sizing is way off the standard . My size 13 boots that I ordered were a size 11 fit Slow shipping and no reply to my emails. I would not order shoes or boots ever again.

I wanted to exchange the size but they told me that I would have to pay $22 to order a new pair! I then asked them for a refund and they offered 10% refund on my purchase. Their policy states simple and free returns! BIG SCAM!!!! Thought I was buying Canadian but they are from China. I am reporting them to the better business bureau and my bank!

I guess I was lucky. It took a long time to arrive, but I got my bra included camisole today. I'm a 36D & ordered a large. It's snug, but not too small. The fact that it is the full length of my body means that I have no backache after just a few minutes.

False ads ++they are not canadian even though they say so. Based in Texas but made in china… FREE returns are 30-60 days as in FAQ’s but apparently take a long difficult time returning to china at your expense. Sizing and measurements are inaccurate.

Terrible company where products are made, and shipped from China. Nothing Canadian about them. I ordered a winter coat at the beginning of Dec and it took over 4 weeks to arrive. It was the wrong size and thin, cheap material. I have sent them numerous emails and all I received back were canned messages, with one saying I can pay an additional $32 to have the correct size sent to me.

Don’t be fooled with the name, this is definitely not a Canadian company dispite the Canadian flag and picture of Ottawa and quality is not good at all. I asked for a return and was offered 10% of my purchase price back and keep the product. ‘ no thanks’ And was told if I was to ship back it would cost more then the purchase price. Ugh!! I feel company’s like this should not be allowed to be selling items to us. ITS JUST NOT FAIR. PLEASE BE AWARE.

ZERO stars. Product size delivered was way too small. Product came from China, not Ottawa. No response to my multiple e-mail and voice-mail requests to return for a refund.

I recommend you immediately file a DISPUTE with your credit card company who can help you push back on these scammers. Better to call your credit card company and discuss with them rather than dispute online or in a mobile app. Explain that the company didn't deliver what they promised. Have pictures of your product delivered vs as portrayed on the scammer's website.

I further recommend you report this merchant to SHOPIFY, the Canadian company that managed the order and payment. You will need a web link URL of the order confirmation, which you can access from the e-mail order confirmation.

I wish there were minus stars, but I had to hit one. This so-called business is a massive scam. I can't even begin to explain the fiasco I have been going through to get a refund for three items that were advertised as coats. They have now blocked my emails... I am going to keep trying everything I can think of to be reimbursed. The last email I received explained how to get refund- I followed all instructions and then got blocked. Does anyone have any suggestions?

If there was a 0 star, that’s what I would give it! Complete scam and I got caught! I thought it was a Canadian company but it’s not, it is chinese. Customer service is the worst and my boots were not the right size. Will I ever learn?!? Now I hate ordering online.

We have emailed 3 times and not received a response on how to make a return. The product is cheap and there is no arch support. They are more like outdoor slippers and not boots for Canadian winters. Not satisfied and wish I would have read the reviews before spending over $200

I am so disappointed! I too thought I was ordering from a small Canadian distributor, but no. The items took 3 weeks to arrive and the boots are too small. I tried to email the company with no luck. Went on line to their website and sent a message. No response.

This company is a total SCAM. I placed an order and never received it. The company ‘claims’ it was delivered but there is no proof.
It WAS finally delivered but was at least two sizes smaller than what I had ordered.

Disappointed that the boots came from China not Canada. The supposed “gift” of warm socks were cheap polyester socks sized for a child’s foot. Beware!

STOP: Do Not Purchase From This Company (Ottawa-Mode)
The delivery took 2.5 weeks to arrive, the boots didn't fit.
I asked for a refund and they offered me a 10% refund ($9) and keep the boots. The boots don't fit, no use to me.
I've only heard from the company one time with the 10% offer, they do not reply to emails.
The boots are not made in Canada (my example) as specified.
If you have an issue you will be stuck with the product.
DO NOT BUY, DO NOT BUY - FROM THIS COMPANY.

An absolute scam! Like other reviewers thought I was supporting a Canadian company. The boots I received were of an inferior quality with a wrong size. The company e-mailed me back after a lengthy period asking for a picture of the boots. The email address was no longer working when I tried to reply to the email.
