Othemo Anmeldelser

First the headlight I bought from them actually works as advertised and is the best light for garage work I have ever encountered ( 30 years experience).

Second: there was a smallhickup with the delivery ( the shipper being at fault) and my question to Othemo was answered within a day and in a very on the ball and courteous way

Je ne m’en passe plus , dans mon salon de toilettage, pour faire les griffes, à l’écurie pour les soins de mes chevaux et pour mes randonnées en soirée…. Elles sont très confortables, éclaires vraiment bien et à une bonne distance.

GREAT for Pre-Trip inspections on School Buses early in the morning. Really illuminates the engine compartment, under the vehicle and wheel wells, leaving your hands free to inspect for problems.

The customer service department went way over my expectations and solved our delivery issues with professionalism and service. I highly recommend them

Fantastic customer service. I had a small issue with one of the five head lights I received, and customer service was responsive in a timely manor and resolved my issue. I am very please with the lights. Would recommend.

We placed an order for x 30 Head Lamps and have not been able to get a response from Othemo regarding our order. We have emailed, phoned, used the Contact us form on their website and sent messages via Facebook. Shockingly appalling customer service.

Original experience was quite poor but since then Othemo reached out and made it right.

I had issues with a headlamp that wasn’t charging and Othemo had an annoying and difficult return policy. I eventually got a new headlamp sent to me that worked great.

Shortly after Othemo reached out again to apologize and sent me another 3 headlamps and a keychain light.

These are just great for a busy life, chickens in the dark, sewing crafting.

Haven’t gotten the last order yet.

bought 3 headlamps , 1 charging point was damaged when i un packed them , informed company and sent photo evidence , but they said they wanted a full video report of how i charge them looks like i pay for this to happen to send to them what they request , they wanted to know what i was charging them on , so told them ,there connector and 240 v at home and 12 v in van
does not look like they want to send a replacement poor back up service

Our organization has ordered and used at least 20 of these headlamps for members of the Native American community in North Texas. As a gift they are great for people who work with their hands and eyes for a living such as beadwork specialists, leatherwork, sewing, belt weaving as well as home construction and car mechanics. The headlamps have an amazing field of view so you don't have to point your head in the exact spot to see your project. They are also lightweight and comfortable on your head, sometimes I walk around the house with mine on, thinking they are my reading glasses. Best of all, no wasteful batteries. These are charged up using a USB Type_C cable so common in our households today.

Don't do it.
Bought two at Christmas, during a BOGO offer.
One stopped charging the day it was opened.
Contacted the company for a refund. I've been going around and around for a refund.
I have two lights, only one works, and I don't have the refund.
Seriously, don't buy it.
Poor quality, even poorer customer service.

Update: the owner of the company reached out to me a few weeks ago. He wanted to make things right, and HE DID! He sent my missing order free of charge, and I love the lights. Very bright. He also sent their new keychain which is very useful when walking the dog. I’m very happy with their product, and I’m impressed with the fact that they reached out to me after so many months.
I recommend the product!

I purchased the headlights at the beginning of December. When they delivered it to my apartment complex, instead of bringing it in front of my door, they left it on the floor in the mail room. Not surprising that by the time I went there, it was gone. I contacted the company who initially said they were going to send another order, but then three weeks later, the company recanted their decision saying that there is a picture proving delivery. So now I am left with nothing but a bill to pay. Very disappointed with the company and the delivery people that they hired.

I ordered 5 headsets in November with enough time to arrive for Christmas, only the shipment stalled and the order was lost. I was contacting support trying to figure out what happened or if a new shipment was being sent. Although support tried to locate the original shipment they also had no luck and so my order was reissued and sent and arrived within a couple weeks. All my boys got the headsets and they are now being used on a daily with rave reviews. Very light, so handy and with so many options they will be used for years to come.

However, that is not the end of my story. Two weeks after the new shipment arrived the original shipment arrived. I was not expecting to see that shipment but as soon as I received it I contacted Othemo to notify them and make arrangements to return. The Othemo team was grateful that I notified them and have given me the second shipment free of charge. Thank you Denise and Carl for your assistance - very much a pleased customer and very much sharing my experience with everyone. Great product, great customer service - definitely worth the purchase.

Where are you going to find something this good for around $15? Every once in a while you find a product that really does what it says and you BUY IT! These headlamps are the best. So good, I just ordered more to give to friends and customers.

Product absolutely works as advertised. Such a great buy, I brought another set of 3.

Great products. Had a slight issue with one of the keychain lights but the Customer Service team were super responsive and immediately arranged a replacement. Very impressed!

There was a little hiccup with first order, but all was made right plus free light cases. These are awesome lights. The only feature i think it could use would be ultraviolet light. Would be great for spotting leak detecting dye. Thanks again

Although I already had a different brand of headlamp, I received an Othemo lamp as a gift. The lamp had a slight problem, so I contacted the Help Desk. They were *outstanding* in their help and guidance, swiftly shipped a replacement. And, WOW, the lamp is incredibly nice. Much better unit than my other one. Repeat, much. Othemo's help and product-quality are difference makers. I am delighted and highly recommend them.

The Othemo headlamps are great for hands-free working and the different settings and being able to turn them on and off by hand motion make them a great addition to our workplace. Customer Service has really upped their game and we couldn't be happier!
