Ordered on a Thursday morning and recieved the next day. Ordered a chewie necklace, quality on par with other online stores selling same products at a considerably higher price. Liked the touch of the packaging and printed thank-you card aswell. Will support their business in future.

1st class online shop and customer service
Otavo is a great site a great variety of products. My daugther loves the hushee ear defenders we have several pairs in different colours. she has several of the fidget toys that get endless use. the site is easy to use. my order is always shipped quickly and arrives packaged so beautifully. Otavo is a first class shop with 1s class products and customer service. cant recommend enough

Second time shopping from the store, brilliant spoke with Jack before buying as had a lot of questions and he was so much help. Everything arrived within a couple of days and was brilliant value.

Amazing Shopping Experience
I loved my first time shopping experience with otavo.ie
I contacted their customer service before shopping and got a response so fast which answered all my questions and gave me recommendations
The order process was so easy, and my order dispatched the same day and arrived the following day, how fast is that for service. Everything came beautifully packaged along with a thank you card for shopping with them, such a nice and personal touch
I will be back for more, my new fav Irish special needs shop.

It was very prompt delivery. My little girl loved the presentation box and the little shredded paper and note. Overall it was a fab experience and we are already looking on the site to see what else we can buy.

Got stacking rings and a number sorting…
Got stacking rings and a number sorting board for my two year old niece and she loved them. Spent hours playing with them, sorting shapes and numbers. They're a really clever design the more you look the more you see. Otavo were prompt in sending out the package. It arrived within days and was simply but well packaged. I was able to present the package as a gift once I removed the address sticker and sealing tape. The site is easy to navigate too. I will definitely recommend.
