I was trying to purchase a bag that was showing as an extra 20% off but the code didn't work. I contacted customer service who confirmed the 20% off that bag was an error. They kindly offered to give me the 20% off though and this was processed with speed after I placed my order. I dealt with Ellen whose customer service throughout was just perfect. My bag has arrived and I'm really pleased with it. Thank you Osprey for exemplary service.

I had an issue with clasps on 2 handbags which I purchased last year and have to say the customer service from Osprey was excellent. Very helpful from the start and quick to respond. I was thoroughly impressed by the service, reassurance and attention to detail which culminated in two new replacement bags. Well done Osprey!

I ordered 2 Ruby handbags, Communication was good but Royal Mail managed to damage my label so the parcel was returned to Osprey. Upon contact with Osprey my order was resent and received in good condition. The handbags are beautiful and the customer service I received from Osprey was friendly and professional and all was resolved quickly with delivery

I am quite fond of my high quality leather Osprey of London satchel. Unfortunately I didn't fasten the cover buckle properly and it was lost.
I was not too hopeful of a replacement given the passage of time - but Osprey of London customer services, who I spoke to in person, couldn't have been more helpful. They managed to source a replacement and sent it out the same day.
They were professional and helpful and I had a very positive experience - which was refreshing.

I have a Stella Hobo leather bag from Osprey which I love. Unfortunately my sons dog chewed the strap. I messaged Osprey customer service to see if I could purchase a replacement. I had a very swift response by Ellen. Ellen responded very quickly saying she would find a replacement at no charge. Today I received an email saying the strap was being posted out to me. I am so happy and amazed at the response and kind support I have received. Osprey not only sell beautiful products but have excellent customer service too. Than you so much.

Terrible service. Tried to obtain a purse that is discontinued. No possibility of posting or internal branch transfers. Osprey, you need to move with the times.

I had an issue with a rucksack that was dealt with incredibly promptly and options for a resolution that worked for me. Melanie in their customer care team was personable and excellent at keeping me informed throughout the whole process - rare these days in an AI world!
There was a small issue that again was dealt with within a day, outstanding customer service from them. Their product quality is amazing and I would highly recommend Osprey London to anyone

My partner bought me a Forest black leather briefcase in May 2025. It’s a lovely product but I recently saw that one of the silver metal rivets fastening the leather handle onto the top of the briefcase was missing. I telephoned Osprey’s customer services and my enquiry was handled by Millie. I was hoping that it might be repaired but Millie informed me that I would be sent a brand new replacement. Having submitted some photos of the briefcase I was sent a QR code for the free return postal service and was then quickly provided with a brand new replacement briefcase delivered by the Royal Mail. I was kept updated at regular intervals and found the returns process very efficient and trouble free. I can’t fault the customer service. Millie resolved the issue very quickly. Thank you.

Osprey York. The sales lady Amy was excellent. She was friendly and obviously knowledgeable about the bags in her store. Amy offered to help us, but allowed us to continue looking on our own. She made a “super star helper” sticker for My 8 year old granddaughter who was measuring the bags to help me. I would recommend this store, high quality staff service.

My very well used (and long out of warranty) Osprey messenger bag suffered a broken buckle, after having been very much abused underfoot, on the floor of an aeroplane during a 12 hour flight.
Despite no longer being a current model, Osprey offered to search for a spare part. This was duly sent to me FOC.
The bag has great sentimental value as it was a gift from a friend who is no longer with us.
So grateful.

I purchased a leather back pack just over 2 years ago. The bag has served me well and perfect for my laptop etc when going into the City, the bag looks great and not out of place when attending professional board meetings.
One of the zips recently failed and I made contact with Osprey to see if there was anything that could be done. As the bag was over 2 years old they asked for pictures. They assessed the condition of the bag which was still in a nearly new state other than the zip. Ellen advised that whilst the bag was out of guarantee, as the bag had clearly been cared for they felt this was a manufacturing defect and replaced the bag with a new one. Great pragmatic service with a special mention to Ellen who was amazing with fantastic communication. All in all a 1st class experience.
