I would like to say what excellent service I have received.
I placed an order on Saturday and then realised I hadn’t applied my discount code. I immediately called Osprey and then emailed them I received an automated email response saying they would contact me soon.
I phoned on Monday morning and was told that the discount would be refunded straight away.
What good service!!

I had a backpack given as present however the stitching came undone after a few weeks of use. I reported this to the helpdesk and the service provided by Sarah Ahmed was exceptional. A replacement backpack was sent out within 5-days and I could not be more happy with the product. Nice to experience a truly customer focused company.

The products are really well made from good quality materials. However, unfortunately I had to return a bag due to it being smaller than I anticipated. The returns process works really well. I had a small problem with the label not printing. I called Sarah Ahmed in Customer Services, she resolved it immediately. Top class service, well done.

I have purchased Osprey London goods in the past and love the quality and design of the handbags and purses.

I recently purchased a handbag and purse as a Christmas gift for my daughter via Debenhams, which was due to be delivered on 17th December. Unfortunately, DPD delivered my parcel to the wrong address. I contacted DPD and Debenhams immediately, but they were unhelpful. I was left feeling upset, frustrated and anxious that my daughter's gift had gone missing, and that I had to keep chasing for a response from customer services.

I decided to email Osprey London directly on 20th December, and Sarah rang me to discuss the issue. She was sympathetic, courteous and professional in her approach, and processed a refund. Thank you Sarah for resolving this issue so quickly, it was greatly appreciated.

Bin sehr zufrieden mit der Qualität der Rucksäcke von Osprey, aber auch mit dem Kundenservice! Ich hatte einen kleinen Defekt am Rucksack nach meiner Südostasien-Backpacktour und man hat mir innerhalb weniger Tage schnellestens helfen können!
Wenn ich nochmal einen Rucksack kaufen würde, dann safe von Osprey.

Royal Mail failed to deliver my package just before Christmas and osprey customer service gave me very prompt and helpful replies, issuing me a full refund and launching an investigation with Royal Mail straight away. Highly recommended for great customer service!

Customer service is very good. I had a query and the response time to sorting out my issue was excellent. Osprey London have beautiful leather goods and at very affordable prices plus the quality is good.

Delighted with both product and service: we have bought gifts for several important family members, and have been highly impressed with quality. But the reason for the 5-star review is entirely down to Sarah in the customer service team who by-passed my confusing emails, rang me directly, and solved my Christmas present problem inside a minute. I didn't know organisations like this existed anymore - with staff who not only care about customers, but are empowered to solve problems on the spot. Should be a 6-star, really. Thank you!

We have now purchased three bags as Christmas gifts and all are of superb quality, excellent and beautifully packed.
Service has been great and Sarah has replied to our queries promptly.

Returned n item and have to constantly chase. Provided proof of return and they are now asking for further info. Can't get through to customer service and despite leaving a message for a call back, nobody contacts me. Won't use them again as the item is expensive and feel like I have to fight for a refun

I received as a gift a leather laptop bag around 12/18 months ago but the zip failed meaning I can’t close the bag.
I called in to our local Osprey store and was given an email address to contact with the assurance that Osprey are really good and will sort this out. I contacted customer services who firstly didn’t bother to read my email and got my name wrong, then told me that for “vintage” bags I should find a local repairer at my own expense. “Vintage” at less than 2 years old !!!
These bags are really not cheap and certainly should last longer than a few months.
Not impressed !

Great customer service. I got in touch regarding an online order where the relevant discount had not been applied. Sarah was very speedy in her response saying that a refund will be with me in 3-5 days.

I have bought handbags, purses and scarves for myself and for friends/ family as gifts from only Osprey shops over the years. The products are always of the highest quality.
Today for the 1st time, I decided to purchase using their online facility. The customer service I received from Sarah when completing the order was excellent.
It is very reassuring to deal with a company where both products and customer service are consistently of such a high standard. Thank you!
