Orion Promotion is a scam!
I used Orion Promotion's playlist services almost a year ago, and they stole my money. All of their playlists, absolutely all of them, were fake. My song was literally not on any playlist, none of the links they gave me were real, they never responded to customer service, and now, after a year, they have the audacity to respond to the reviews I gave them on Trustpilot, saying that what happened is not true. ONE YEAR AFTER IT HAPPENED. Please! Do yourself a favor and never use Orion Promotion's services. They are disgusting thieves.

Scam
Scam. Orion Promotion is a scam. I paid more than 100 USD for the promotion and they just ignored me. I received info that the song was placed on 2 playlists and that's it. I feel robbed. They don't reply to my emails. No need, the money is in their hands already. I see here the others have the same experience.
They replied to this review asking me to send an email so they can do something about it.
I have sent the email more than 2 weeks ago, and nothing happened again. Obviously, giving money to the Orion Promotion is very risky, in my case, wasted 100 USD.

Bad promo service
Distribution service is ok, nothing to say. But the promo service is a scam. I tried a promo pack of $200 for an estimated streaming plays around 30K, but i never received one of this. Only 2 placement of 26 playlists but fake (1000 subscribers). Stay away from them. Bad support also that they don't reply to the mail. :(

STAY AWAY! SCAM!
Orion Promotion is a straight up scam. Theres no way to cancel your membership, and they added songs to the wrong artist which should be absolutely impossible??? No answers from them. I am currently disputing all my payments through my bank and taking legal action.

Orion Promotion does not operate on a mandatory recurring membership for promotion campaigns. Promotions are purchased per campaign, and there is no ongoing subscription required to run a promotion. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, our support team can review the transaction with you.
Orion Distribution:
Music distribution and artist page management are handled through Orion Distribution or the distributor that delivered the release to Spotify. In some cases, Spotify may place a release on the wrong artist page if metadata or artist identifiers are similar, which is a known issue across the industry. When this happens, it can be corrected through the distributor by submitting an artist page correction request to Spotify.

Regarding playlist links, playlists are managed by third-party curators and can sometimes be updated, renamed, or set to private, which may cause links to stop working after a campaign report is sent.

I paid for a promotion, no one has review it
I paid for a promotion, and after weeks of waiting no reviews at all. I understand curators might opt not to include your song in a playlist, it is ok, but having no one at least review the song is like stealing your money. Of course, they have no refunds. Avoid this site, there are better options.

Don't use this company! Dropped them 209 US dollars to promote a single. Put on 6 stopify sites 3 non-existent sites the other 3 have little traction on them. Contacting credit card company to get a refund.

Hi people have waited for months and that’s not me. It’s been about 6 days since I placed the order, I’ve asked for updates and I’ve heard nothing. Please get back to me. Order 21120. Have been checking inbox and spam regularly so nothing has been missed. I used the chat bot which sent me to email.
Willing to upgrade this rating if support is provided asap and results start coming through
So they responded to this saying campaigns take several days. I posted this in August, and Orion has responded in March the following year. Orion, that’s not good enough, no reasonable promotion would be arguing several days as a reasonable time to wait more than six months after.
