Kevin's program is the best thing I've ever done for my fitness, health and appearance. After 32 years of lifting weights, running and eating what I thought were healthy foods, I never looked the way I thought I should for all the effort I was putting in to fitness. After joining the program and completing a simple questionnaire on my goals, workout routine, eating habits and supplement routine, I was told straight up what I was doing wrong and what I needed to change to accomplish my fitness goals and was put on a succinct and definitive path to do that. Within 2 weeks of starting, I began seeing differences in the mirror and began noticing changes literally daily (and still do after 6 months). The program is simple. You just have to do what Kevin tells you to do. Doing that isn't always easy, but he is there 24/7 to make adjustments along the way and ease you into both the proper eating habits and workout routine, optimizing both by timing, proper caloric intake and micronutrients to balance your hormones, which I paid no attention to in my past fitness life. As a result, I've made more improvements to my physique in the past 6 months than I had the past 32 years. Leaner, more muscular, more vascular, happier, you name it, Kevin has made it better.

This program gave me increased confidence and the knowledge to continue living a healthy lifestyle. I'm looking and feeling better because of this program. I would recommend this to my friends who want to improve their health, wellness, and physique! The protocol encouraged me to compete in my first body building show which was a lifelong dream. I'm proud to say I had abs all summer :)

I started the program in March 2023 and immediately committed to everything suggested because I wanted to be more confident about my body, feel better about myself, and have better health (physical and mental).

It's been close to a year, and I feel beyond amazing. Everything in my life improved from personal to business. My family and friends are happy with my new confident self, my clients love my new energy and look, and strangers always compliment me and ask what I am doing.

I am incredibly proud of everything I have accomplished so far with the program, and I will continue to work hard to reach a higher fitness level. Thanks to the program, I found a new hobby that I can do from home and still get excellent results.
