Original BTC Anmeldelser

Just received my rondels yesterday, and they are even more gorgeous than I imagined! The communication with staff was really good, the rondels were meticulously packaged and the shipping was super fast! Thank you for a great experience and a great product!

Chris Lewis helped us create custom finish sconces after being told by the manufacturer it was not possible. But he made it happen for us! We can't wait to have them in our upcoming project. He worked his magic!

Minor problem with the product (outside BTC control), but quickly rectified by the Sales Team. All okay now. Easy to order, kept informed about progress, and delivered within promised time.

Great service, speedy delivery, well packaged, lovely products

I needed some spare parts for my light fixtures due to move overseas, lady I spoke to was very helpful, found the right parts and sent me a quote. Received parts, well packed, no breakages. Highly recommend.

V helpful and v prompt service

I never received my order. I received the invoice showing I had paid for the item and promising that a delivery notice would be forthcoming. It never came.

great website. easy to navigate. fast delivery.

Quickly delivered, my bone china lamps arrived in perfect conditions. By the way, they are lovely!

Lovely quality; you get what what you pay for! We ordered three pendants which arrived quickly and beautifully packaged. Would have no hesitation in purchasing from Original BTC again.

Well Sarah was great as my light could not be fixed on the wall, it needed more secure fitting. I contacted Sarah last Thursday, she was very helpful and understanding and said she would dispatch the extra bracket my outside light needed. I am still waiting for that bracket, hence my light is still not fixed.

Excellent service quality second to none amazing designs

I strongly advise against engaging with this company under any circumstances. They release products that are essentially unfinished prototypes, and subsequent updates leave customers with the bitter feeling of having purchased an expensive trial version.

My specific incident involves the purchase of the Shard Chandelier at the end of 2022, installed only in November 2023. Upon setting up the light, it became evident that it looked peculiar, with visible bulbs and a cheap-looking frame visible from every angle. Upon comparing my light with the product on the website, it was apparent that Original BTC acknowledged the design flaws by making subsequent changes and covering the whole bottom of the light with glass.

Seeking a resolution, I contacted the company to inquire about upgrading my light to enhance its appearance. I expressed a willingness to pay for a frame upgrade while retaining the 'bone chine handmade in Britain' feature, provided it could be offered at a reduced cost. To my dismay, I was offered the option to purchase only the frame and fittings for almost £2.3k!!!, making the 'bone china handmade in Britain' a feature the company proudly promotes and built their fame on, ironically the least expensive part of the light that's worth not even £400.

Given this experience, I strongly discourage others from making any purchases from this company. It seems they may still be refining their designs, and potential changes could leave customers with disappointment and minimal accountability on the company's part.

Absolutely brilliant service! The Customer Service team were extremely helpful in arranging for our delivery to Germany. The Alma lamp arrived meticulously packed, is an engineering and design marvel and is bringing us utter joy when we look at it in our room.

Beautifully designed lamp, great quality and craft, quick delivery

Beautiful product in person. Great packaging, nothing damaged upon arrival. Easy company to work with.

Stylish lamp and excellent craftsmanship make this a worthwhile purchase.

Really great all round. Good pre sales support on the phone when I had a detailed query. Then very quick delivery and amazing packaging and the lights themselves are incredible.

I have not yet received the items I purchased, it has been more than a month since I bought them. There are problems with the courier service, they have not provided complete information or explanation of additional import costs
