Experience with the company was great…
Experience with the company was great as ever and we love the look of the wall lamp but once again my husband has moaned to me about putting it in the wall - there’s not enough space between the bracket and the porcelain shade to get a screw driver in! After a lot of faffing it’s up and I want to order another one but have to wait for my husband to forget how tricky it was before - took a while last time! Ha ha!

We’re sorry to hear the installation caused a bit of frustration. Just in case it helps for next time, the collar and screw can be undone so the back plate can be removed and fixed to the wall first. This gives plenty of room for a screwdriver and makes the fitting much quicker. If you want some further advice customer service can support with this 😊

A wonderful company that supports British craft and design. I couldn’t have afforded the products without the very generous price reductions that O.BTC advertise from time to time. Look out for these and don’t miss out. The prices are still quite high but so worth it!

Pendant is beautiful
Pendant is beautiful. It was crooked. I had to use foam sheets to avoid damage and pliers to take the light apart and straighten it.
