Damaged bottle. Contact Orientica but no response. Obviously won't get refund for broken item. Would not trust to use again now.

Absolutely fantastic service
The scent and products are great and I am a repeat customer, absolutely fantastic service. I ordered these as gifts, the package has arrived the next day without me having to pay more for the shipping. Really impressed. I highly recommend their 6ml perfume oils and the deodorants. A first class company and above all competitive prices, really well recommended.

Perfume is amazing! Quick delivery.
Did add 1 sample in but was empty? I would have liked 3/4 so I could look forward to trialling out another scent to purchase a full size.

No purchase possible
I couldn't buy my favorite product because my details couldn't be verified. This is not right. What I wanted to buy but the company won't make money, loss of the customer. I'm not happy. So what's the point of a store where you can't buy anything?

First order from Orientica, 1st package got lost in the post. I got in touch and to their credit they resent my order.When my order arrived it was missing I item, another message and they responded and resent my missing item out.Quality scent at good prices, service was good, no problems with missing items. Will buy fro Orientica again.

Customer service next to nothing
order number 02774.
I booked my order over a week ago and was given a tracking number. However, the tracking number is not showing any updates. I have emailed the company and have not received a response. I also tried their chat service but still no reply. I only spent 15 pounds on this purchase thanks to GOD for that or else would have been literally dreading myself.

After checking with the packing team, it seems that a replacement was sent due to the error that occurred with Royal Mail.
