Love this company
Organic Burst is an extremely trustworthy company making high quality products while playing a positive and important role in the market. They genuinely support sustainable farms from around the world and give them a business network for their produce. A lot of companies hide behind sustainability marketing to make sales, but for Organic Burst sustainability and quality are primary missions. I have always had a good experience with everything I've sourced from them, their Magnesium, Spirulina, and Chlorella, are daily musts for me. They put so much care into sourcing materials that are minimally affected by pesticides or pollutants, and they also deliberately combine certain ingredients, or leverage patented techniques (like cracking of cell walls in their Chlorella) so that the final product is as nutriciously bioavailable as possible - as a pharmacist, I sincerely appreciate that in particular. My skin and body simply love their products, please don't hesitate to give them a try for yourself.

I started taking this for a month now
I started taking this for a month now, after seeing so much about them across social media platforms. I was after something to help with my hairless, pcos lacknof sleep and bloating. My first purchase was spirulina and chorella. I did get some headaches and was getting hairless slightly more. I spoke to customer service who were fantastic and gave me great advice.
The headaches have now stopped. My sleep pattern is so much better I actually get a solid night sleep. I still have more hair loss than usual but I know this can be down to many factors. My bloating is less. My appetite is better.i have repurchased again this week the same as well as the maca.
Customer service is great and always responsive.
I have the powder and struggled slightly with taking it in just water. Soni now have it with no problems with coconut water or pineapple juice.

Coconut water and pineapple juice are a great shout for handling algae!! Lemon and lime are also fab options, plus adding to a green juice or smoothie. Because ours are so pure, you don't get the fishy, or rotten taste that some products have!

Organic Burst - This would of got a zero but it would…
This would of got a zero but it would not allow me to do it. I have come on here to warn others about the Organic Burst. I am not surprised to see all these other negative reviews. I first took this a month ago and every thing was fine I purchased a second bag and started taking it again the first time I was sick and felt really unwell with a headache but did not really point it to the outburst even though it happened about a hour of taking. So I left it for a week then commenced taking it again this time I was violently sick for 3 hours followed by intense diarrhoea strong cramping pains and was in bed all day absolutely feeling awful I then had to take the next 4 days off work. I knew then 💯 that it was the outburst as these symptoms again started a hour after taking. I thought maybe it was because my stomach was sensitive? But thought I am never taking this again. My husband has taken some today and has EXACTLY the same symptoms as me violently sick headache diarrhoea and is ill in bed as I write this review. I cannot believe that this is still being sold with all these reviews on here with people getting the same symptoms!!! If a elderly person took this I believe it would kill them as the symptoms are so violently strong. I think the organic outburst is contaminated. I have kept the packet and I am strongly considering sending it off for analysis.

First time I took it , i fell ill within 2 hours
Noone took it for about 2 weeks.
Then i attempted a 2nd dose while being completely recovered and well . Exactly same reaction within one hour , same symptoms , same reaction.
Noone touched the pouch contents for a few weeks
Then my husband decided to try pouch for FIRST TIME. No present illness. Then within 2 hours , severe reaction , vomiting etc ..
3 doses were consumed at 3 separate intervals with NO prior illness from 2 separate people.
The odds of that being an illness occurring over those extended time periods, exactly same symptoms appearing within hours of taking it are EXTREMELY LOW
You have made a incorrect , biased assumption
The ethical response would have been to call me and find out the exact sequence of events and details . Then make an investigation
Instead you all had a 'meeting' without finding out any other information from me , and formed an incorrect , biased assumption about myself and my husband.
I will be getting the contents of the pouch tested and will be in touch.

I really don’t want to come across dismissive of your situation in any way, and truly want to help you get to bottom of your problem.
Multiple team members have been working on this all morning to ensure we get you the most useful information - as a family run business, every customer’s experience is taken very personally, not only by our founders Dimi & Katya, but the whole team also.
After an in-depth look at everything there are some important facts that all point to this not being related to your Chlorella.
We’ve located your x2 orders – one from 4th December (x2 pouches of Chlorella) and the recent one from 17th January (x1 pouch of Chlorella).
- Both orders that you received contain Chlorella from exactly the same Batch Number 23831 with BBE: 31 Aug 2027. The raw ingredient inside, safety testing and full production are therefore the same for all of them. As you said in your review, you were using them earlier without any problems, which would imply your illness is not related to a contamination issue.
- 1,095 pouches of this exact same batch have been sold all over the world without a single complaint.
- Your latest pouch was used and opened for some time before the problem started - once the pouch has been opened and used in a private household, there is the possibility that contamination could be introduced in many ways - but this not the fault of the product.
- Each batch of our products is 3rd party lab tested for all possible contaminants such as bacteria, mold, yeast, various toxins, heavy metals, pesticides and other non-organic contaminants, etc. This batch passed with flying colours.
- Our processing and packaging are done at a pharmaceutical grade facility. It is simply not possible for a product to be contaminated as we have so many layers of safety checks and processes to prevent this and it has never happened in 12 years of Organic Burst.
Nevertheless, I’m sorry that you had a bad experience and have been feeling so unwell. The only other thing is that you may have an individual sensitivity to Chlorella as a plant, which does sometimes happen with various foods, however this doesn’t necessarily add up, as you have already used it for a month before with no issues. It honestly sounds like you and your husband may have picked up an infection elsewhere.
I hope to reassure you that none of our Organic Superfoods have any side effects. This is proven through many studies across countries, and they are all deemed perfectly safe for daily use by all food regulation bodies in all countries. They are whole, natural foods that have been used traditionally for incredible health benefits, in some cases, for centuries.
None of our Bursts contain binders, fillers, sweeteners or other additives that could cause problems.
Your comment that you cannot believe this is still being sold considering other similar reviews really needs addressing: We have been helping people for over 12 years now, have customers in 144 countries and close to 1 million followers across social platforms. We have built a strong reputation for having the highest quality products that offer our customers real and lasting positive results.
The few negative reviews on here discussing symptoms are in no way representative of our Superfoods. Some of which, we’ve never been able to establish the person as a genuine customer and suspect these are fake reviews by competitors. The only authentic reviews that are negative were due to a detox reaction and another had a personal sensitivity.
We really do pride ourselves on offering pure, safe and effective Superfoods for our Bursters and I take all the Bursts myself, give them to my kids and family members, and have 100% conviction that they are only doing good.
In the meantime, we’ll issue a full refund for your January order, since you were unhappy with it.

Highest quality matcha, maca, cocoa
I’ve been taking supplements by Organic Burst for 15 years. This is the longest I’ve stayed with any brand, because their quality never changed and they meticulously test every new product they launch. Unfortunately, it makes us the customers wait for years for their new products, but it’s totally worth it. Their matcha is the best quality I’ve ever tried, and I sometimes buy from other brands to test and compare. Just try it yourself - the color, the bright taste and the smooth energy effect you get from their matcha is hard to beat. Other products I use on the regular basis are Maca in capsules (helps tremendously with my hormonal issues due to PCOS), Cocoa powder (I use in cooking and for antioxidant properties), Chlorella (for detox, I use intermittently).

WARNING - COMPANY HIDING COA - DON'T BUY POTENTIALLY HARMFUL PRODUCTS
I have some major issues with the trustworthiness and credibility of this company. I reached out to them at the end of last year, asking for a COA (certificate of analysis) on their "organic" spirulina product. They claim to be organic, they claim to be high quality, and they claim to be third party lab tested. On their website, they even try to call out other companies for not following their standards. However, they refused to provide the data to back up what they claim. They came up with a sly excuse that they did not yet have a document they could share with the public and the entire lab report was too large and had too much information that would not make sense to the consumer. If you don't have anything to hide, you need to share all the information. Furthermore, if you have been in business for 12+ years, it is unacceptable to not have this documentation showing what I, my pregnancy wife, and my unborn child are putting into our bodies. I am scared for my pregnant wife to take this product as it could have high levels of lead or arsenic for all I know. Your companies slothfulness to produce this information and for lack of better term, beating around the bush and simply being clandestine with unusual excuses, portrays a suspicious picture. My word of advice would be to publish a complete COA on your Website for each product and my warning to consumers reading this message is DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT UNLESS THE COMPANY PUBLISHES THEIR COA. WITHOUT IT YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE REALLY INGESTING. NO MATTER WHAT EXCUSE THEY GIVE IN THEIR REPLIES BELOW, DO NOT TRUST UNTIL YOU SEE THE DATA. IF YOU DO NOT SEE IT PUBLISHED ON THEIR WEBSITE, EMAIL THEM AND ASK FOR THE FULL COA REPORT.

As you know, we have already furnished you with our safety information on arsenic, lead and the other heavy metals, therefore on writing this you had the information that our products ARE NOT contaminated with any of these heavy metals. It’s simply not true that we have refused to provide you with the data.
It seems that you are angry about the fact that our busy team have not been able to give you 23 different lab results quickly enough, despite having already sent you the standard safety information that any consumer would expect.
The level of detail you are asking for requires our Sourcing & Production team to get involved so this would obviously take more time than a simple enquiry.
We have assured you that we’re working with the team to try to pull all the info you required but explained that we don’t send out these raw files to customers because they contain a lot of confidential information, unrelated to safety testing, that we can’t share for multiple reasons. For example, due to privacy and non-disclosure agreements we have with 3rd parties.
We unfortunately don’t yet have a version of these where the confidential information has been removed that we can share the pure test results as a file. You have highlighted to us that a simplified document with the relevant info is important to you and we have taken this onboard – we are working on a solution but our team can only be stretched in so many directions at once!
In reference to some of your comments here, I feel I must respond clearly: We do not ‘claim’ to be organic, we ARE certified organic by the Soil Association and USDA Organic certification – who regularly audit all our operations.
Describing our communications team as ‘sly’ and ‘clandestine’ is even more misleading as I have read the messages back and forth and our lovely team has been nothing but open with you.
I have worked with Organic Burst for 11 years and have taken our Superfoods through 2 pregnancies, with only wonderful results. Katya and Dimi, our founders have incredibly high standards and only once they are 100% confident in our Bursts would they give them to their family – by this I mean their own children, parents, friends and all our customers. It’s really quite saddening that you see us as untrustworthy. This couldn’t be further from the truth.
For example, we have recently been out of stock for several months now with our Cacao because we are not satisfied with the lab results and would rather lose revenue than put out a product that is below our high standards.
In response to your overarching accusation that we are hiding our COA, as I said above, this is not something that can simply be uploaded as a PDF to the website. There are many types of COAs with different types of information and lab reports attached to them.
This incredibly aggressive and damaging review is obviously sent to hurt us and I can only think it is malicious in nature for whatever reason.

We've searched our system for your name back to August as this is when you had the experience but can't track down the order to see what you bought without more details. In the meantime, I'd like to reassure you that all our Superfoods are considered safe to use, without negative interactions, by the European Food Safety Authority and the FDA, as well as published studies. We rigorously test for contaminants and all our Bursts are clean and pure.
However everyone's body is different and people can have individual sensitivities to certain foods. I think that you may have a sensitivity to one of the Bursts - I get the impression from your message that you may have tried several at once. Perhaps you could slowly try them one by one, watching for any reaction?

Why doesn’t this company show the back of the bag? Very strange how you can’t tell how many milligrams are in their products. But yet they will write you a while essay about each product. Show the back of the bag. Where’s the nutritional information?? You look up a product and the photos are all of just the front of the bag. One of the bag laying down, one of the bag standing up. Like what is this poor representation of selling a product. We don’t need 7 photos that are all identical. Wanted to be purchase but well you can guess the rest.

The reason we originally did not upload the back of pack photos on the website was because our products were all single ingredient (e.g. 100% Organic Spirulina, 100% Organic Wheatgrass, etc.) so the back of pack was not very interesting to most people and we didn’t get asked for it.
However, we have more recently launched products with multiple ingredients and, although we do list them on the product pages e.g. all the medicinal mushrooms in our 10 Mushroom Extract, we now want to display the back of pack. So, we absolutely understand where you’re coming from and are already acting on it!

I absolutely love these supplements
I absolutely love these supplements! I started taking chlorella and spirulina and noticed an increase in energy. I added Maca to balance hormones and now I have way fewer PMS symptoms. I started taking Turmeric and ashwaganda in the evening and have slept so much better and have less anxiety. The company is easy to contact and they ship out very quickly.

I’ve been using Maca for about 7 months…
I’ve been using Maca for about 7 months now, and the results are just amazing. I’m perimenopausal but Maca has made it so much easier! My monthly migraines, though not completely disappeared are barely there now, my mood is better, my period is bang on regular and at age 41, I’ve developed the type of boobies and bum that I’ve craved since my teenage! Not to mention the mental clarity and alertness. I’m going to add either Ashwagada or chlorella to my next purchase,I’m sure it would be worth the spend!

Spirulina…
I ordered the Spirulina tablets and started taking them on 29th October.
Coincidentally, on 30th October I had a series of bloid tests and one showed high levels of folic acid.
I just wanted to check if this product contains folates.
I have personally experienced no side-effects from the product. It has no taste and the tablets are easy to swallow.

Regarding your high folic acid levels, this could be a result of supplementation. Were you taking any vitamins prior to buying our Spirulina?
The body normally excretes excess folate via the urine so it is not necessarily a problem. A potential issue being that high folic acid can mask a deficiency in B12.
The good news is our Spirulina contains both natural folate and B12 that are highly bioavailable to the body and should help you get things back into balance.
Since it is a whole food, our body knows what to do with the nutrients in Spirulina, rather than lab made isolated nutrients such as the folic acid found in many multivitamin tablets.

I placed an order last night and irdeeed three of one product (only meant to order one) once I realised what I had done I contacted the customer service team who were only to happy to help. I woke up this morning to a message stating they have changed my order for me and refused the remaining amount.

Love this company and their products.
I am very peculiar about what products I put into my body. This company provided clear and transparent information about their products and where they are sourced from.
I suffer from chronic inflammation and take their tumeric which helps tremendously. My genetics also make it difficult for my body to detox so I take their chlorella for this which I absolutely love! Keeping up with 2 small children is a challenge and the Maca gives me the healthy energy and stamina I need without a crash afterwards. It also helps me to be more productive. I’ve also tried the cinnamon which effectively stabilizes blood sugar. Tried and true by testing my blood sugar. I also started using the 12 mushroom blend which has helped boost my immune system and keep common colds at bay. Also seems to help lower my histamine activity from bad outdoor allergies. Gives clarity, and clean energy as well.
Customer service has been outstanding and the company runs great sales. The products have great packaging that keeps them dry and they don’t use huge packaging that’s wasteful to the environment.
I won’t ever stop using this company’s products and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to treat common health issues or boosts immune system!

Even kids taste the difference!
My family with 2 kids has been using Organic Burst for a couple of years already and I can honestly say that this changed our health in a positive way. We use all the Bursts!
My son had leaky gut couple years ago and severe eczema due to different food allergies. His hair was always dull light brownish while rest of the fam has blackish brown, grandma always said that it was due to lack of nutrients (or absorption). His hair started turning dark blackish brown once I started making smoothies with Organic Burst powders, especially with maca, chia seeds, chlorella and spirulina not to mention his mood improved a lot! No fishy smell or whatsoever with their chlorella and spirulina. My kids just take them in smoothies or with water! We also love wheatgrass which has a vibrant color and fresh grassy smell contrary to many brands we've tried before. Even my kids smell, taste de difference! Not to mention their cacao, which truly is divine! As a drink, with overnight oats, or even in cupcakes you name it.
Ashwagandha. I've always been a light sleeper and I started to use their ashwagandha a couple of days ago and I can only say that it works! I sleep better (deep) and wake up refreshed.
My family believes in this company's product quality and integrity. Pure wholesome ingredients made easy for the modern family to consume, in a way the body recognises, not isolated stuff!
