Very slow shipping. I placed an order on Feb 7/,2021. I received a tracking email on Feb 9, 2021. My order finally arrived at SingPost on Feb 19, 2021. When I sent the email evidence from SingPost tracking that they had received my order on Feb 21, Order-CS replied again saying that they had shipped on Feb 9. WARNING to all, do NOT use this company.

Segno solo una stella ma vorrei segnalare che forse le mancate consegne potrebbero essere imputabili a Poste Italiane. A me è stato inviato un pacco con consegna express tracciabile, non so cosa contenga esattamente, ma non posso saperlo perché da un mese e mezzo il pacco è incastrato presso il Centro Operativo Postale di Milano (Milano Linate per l'esattezza). Non riesco ad ottenerne la consegna, la procedura per i reclami è a dir poco kafkiana e tutti gli operatori contattati a voce sono disponibili ma non c'è modo di accedere al servizio consegne.
Non so nulla in merito a clonazioni delle carte, ma per prudenza uso una prepagata su cui carico solo l'indispensabile per il pagamento in uso, e so che questo metodo viene caldamente raccomandato per tutte le transazioni on line vista la facilità di hackeraggi.

ordinate il 16/12 arrivate il 04/01 ... l'unica cosa è che non sono arrivate in una scatolina con foglio illustrativo ecc... oggi provo a prendere la prima.

I ordered on 8th december. I received a tracking number a day after. IT also warned there could be a delay due to covid. Shipping expensive, but I guess they also want to make sure it arrives. Phonecall on 20th december the product arrived in my country. Delivered 21st. The packaging is different from standard. But I can find the manufacturer and wholesaler from the strip. I think its all fine.

I mean, I did wait over a month, but everything arrived and made it through customs. My suggestion would be that unless you are willing to wait, don't bother. My antibiotic end of world stash is growing lol!

Bought $200AUD of a product.
They send shipping/tracking details.
Two weeks passed and they said they didn’t have stock and will give a refund.
10/12/2020 still no refund.
Scam.

They are fraudsters. They promise that the goods will be delivered from the EU, while sending it from India. They know very well that it will not be delivered to the customer because it will not pass through customs. The goods will be confiscated by the customs authorities.

I paid my order via Ideal and it has been deducted from my bank account. Is end them the banktransfer. They now keep saying I used a credit card, what a nonsens, are these guys criminals? They never pick up the phone either, terrible, I now start to believe I lost my money as I was scammed by these criminals

C'est un site de VOLEURS !
L'argent a été encaissé depuis 6 mois, mais le produit n'a jamais été expédié !!! Et en plus, ils ne répondent jamais aux relances, ni les emails, ni les téléphones !

Des escrocs ! Ne jamais leur acheter quoi que ce soit !

A parte il tracciamento molto scarso è arrivato prima del previsto buono direi grazie.
