I spent quite some time searching for a surveyor to carry out the most important purchase of my life. After reading very positive reviews on Orchard I decided to give them a call. I found them very helpful with my needs and concerns so I went ahead and instructed Chris to carry out the survey. Chris was very thorough and the survey was easy to read and well structured. Due to our last purchase falling through (not because of survey) I had no problem getting in touch with Chris and his team again as soon as we found another property.
From Day 1 speaking to Cassidy and briefly discussing the subject property and the Survey that I required (Level 2) and to obtain the quote. I was notified when the survey was due to be carried out (Thursday) and that it will be done by Chris. Within 24 hours (Friday) I had a phone call (Chris) to discuss the overall result. By close of business on the Monday the full result (65 Pages) was in my 'inbox'. For me this was Professionalism at it's best.
