Out of pocket because of these pirates
Ordered a Disney keyring and received the wrong item entirely. When I contacted customer service, instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, I was told I would need to pay the return postage myself in order to get a refund. That is completely unacceptable. If a retailer sends the wrong product, the burden and cost of correcting that error should not fall on the customer. It shows a serious lack of accountability and very poor customer service. I’m also fairly certain this goes against basic consumer rights, as customers should not be left out of pocket when a seller fails to supply what was ordered. Extremely disappointing experience, and I would strongly caution others before buying from Orbitkey.
