They put item on stock, when you purchased them they said its already sold out and offered refund Didnt receive refund for few weeks now, its also very hard to reach out to their customer support

Very high quality backpack. Communication is not the best, also the website is a bit sketchy sometimes, hard to navigate and you have to dig for the products.

Great products, bad service.
After a couple of months of poor communication and waiting (and finally telling them to give me a refund), Orbitgear sent me damaged pants.
They were supposed to include "additional items" to make up for the wait, and they didn't. They said they were going to send me a new pair of different kind of pant in a few days, they didn't.
After a couple weeks, when they had a short Christmas sale, I contacted them before I made another order (cause I still wanted a bag and they gave me a 25% coupon, and the jacket i got is fantastic, so I'd give them another shot) asking if they would include the pants and additional items along with my order and they said yes, they didn't.
EDIT: they did end up sending me the pants and some additional stuff after posting this on here and reddit, so I changed from 2 to 3 stars and my final review.
Their stuff is genuinely great for how much it costs, but they have serious issues with production and customer service. I see this whole transaction as an overall positive for me, but wow it was a headache.

Great products + Great service
The company has great service and the bags has amazing quality. Some were made with xpac fabric which is great. Sling systems were great as well. The customizability is one of the strongest factor in their collection.
I had issue with the grid sling bag. the strap broke at the first use and they straight up sent a new one.
Recommend
ps. the import tax may apply but they were not that bad
