I have purchased jewelry from Oradina before and been very impressed with everything about the company.
My recent purchase was a graduation gift for my granddaughter. I wanted to give her her first pair of real diamond earrings. I can’t wait to give them to her this next week. I bought her a pair that I purchased for myself. I have loved my earrings. I knew they would arrive quickly and they did. The only thing I have a problem with is that the box they came in has a “made in China.” It clearly states that the box came from China. I can’t get the sticker off so I will have to explain that the earrings are quality pieces and not from China.

We got a pair of Day And Night Mini Hoops
14k Gold, as a gift for my niece. She liked them. My only regret is there was no gift receipt or printed warranty to include with the gift. I had to take the earrings out of a plastic bag. At this price point, I anticipated a more elevated presentation (in tissue and not a plastic ziploc style bag) inside the gift box. I’d like to be able to send her a warranty, even a digital one, but this info is printed on my receipt.

Loved the product but it was smaller than expected

Easy to order, product as described. Only hitch was it shipped with signature required. Can be challenging to coordinate that. I think I should have the option to have it shipped without signature required.

Earrings are very light -I forget I’m wearing them. They’re very pretty!

The bracelet style was very lovely, except the weight and feel felt very flimsy. The clasp was loose and jingled on my wrist. If they decide to make the bracelet heavier, please contact me.

Ring was delivered promptly. Ring is of good quality. However, the ring was quite as anticipated. The rope/braid design was not as 3-dimensional as expected.

I purchased a locket to place a memory of my son in heaven. The locket was useless because you can not remove the plastic cover without destroying. I reached out to the company and I received an AI response that literally restated my concern. I asked for a new plastic cover and instructions on how to insert a memory in the locket. I have reached out to the customer care unit twice….no live person to speak with. Customer service is the worst!

Poor quality and cheap looking. If you want quality gold jewelry look elsewhere. Also had shipping issues and lost items they refused to honor.

If you are considering purchasing online, exercise caution. There is no customer support available, only an email address that rarely receives responses. Additionally, it is impossible to speak with a representative. I encountered difficulties with the delivery of my product and was compelled to resolve the matter solely with UPS, without any assistance from Oradina. If UPS had lost my package, I am uncertain how I would have obtained a refund.
If you were to request a return or replacement for a product, it would be highly challenging due to the lack of alternative communication channels. The primary means of communication is email, which appears to be disregarded by the company.
