I wanted a refund because i could not afford it.

Worst customer support in the industry
Absolutely incredible that for over 24 hours there was nobody answering anythnig except an AI that couldn't do anything. Nothing was working and the customer service department simply did not log into anything chat related. I stayed connected constantly trying every 30 minutes or 15 minutes during their work hours. ZERO support. If anything happens to your campaigns, make sure to expect at least 2 to 4 days of them not working. This support is the worst in the industry by far. Also, they had problems and nothing was showing for anyone and their site went down and they put up a sign that they were under maintenance when in fact nothing was working and their AI was pushing me to a 404 page to get support. Truly outrageous service.
Update: Cause I cannot respond to the response. Your page, the one you linked, did not work for half of the day and you faked it online saying you were under maintenance when every single person with an account knows what the real problem is (it is actually listed in the app). So yeah, lying you are under maintenance is top notch. Whatever. I am already looking for alternatives. This is NOT the first time it takes over 24 hours to get a response.
