I'm happy that I was able to join the course, which goal was to prepare participants for Professional Scrum Master I certification created by Optilearn. This training took place for 4 days, 4 hours each day in a small group of people. I think it's a perfect set up for studying new subjects and it made it easier for me to keep the balance between the amount of new material I needed to absorb and the ability of my brain to process this. It also gave more time to ask questions in real life. The course is mostly focused on the practice part by exercising your theory on the scenarios or examples from real life. It forced me to think and fitness my brain cells, which gave me opportunity to learn more about myself and my ways of thinking. Working in a group of different peoples is also great opportunity to face yourself with other approaches and backgrounds Ryan, our coach was very helpful and available to reply on our question during the hole training as well as before and after it. I felt that the training, atmosphere there and way of learning was in align with Scrum values and it's foundations ;). I truly recommend to subscribe for a training or course in Optilearn

There was good communication throughout the booking and pre-course information.
The course content and delivery was extremely engaging and enabled lots of Q&A.
I came away from the two days with more of an overall understanding of the Scrum Master role rather than just knowing answers for a test.. Really enjoyed the course. And passed the assessment first attempt.

Thank you very much to Scrum Trainer Becky Savill and Optilearn for giving me an opportunity to attend and obtain knowledge with her on a fantastic 2 days and I am so happywith this! It's really unforgettable gift for International Women's Day. I have a lot to learn, but I am ready to this and difficulties won't stop me )

Ryan led an engaging PSMII course - it was a great balance of teaching, activities and coaching. The content was thought provoking and prompted self reflection of further areas to improve and other activities that could immediately be taken back to the team. It was good be back in a room of people again after so many online courses too! Also received a great book and useful set of Powerful Question cards ... oh...and there was chocolate and sweets...but don't let that sway you ;)

You would get exposed to the latest tips/ tricks for facilitating a class over the internet. It will not be easy with the intensity but Ryan was able to inspire and made the workshop very enjoyable.

If you are looking at the latest standards of digital class facilitation, attending Ryan's class will let you know/ learn the Gold standards.

I was reluctant to do remote training as I've always enjoyed in-person teaching, but couldn't be more impressed with the 1 day PSFS course I did with Ryan and Optilearn. Really enthusiastic and passionate trainer, with great activities for engaging learning. Will defiantly use Optilearn again

The professional scrum facilitation training was excellent. We could experience various facilitation techniques with plenty of small group exercises to put the theory into practice. There were also breaks on a regular basis to allow participants to be able to refocus on the next exercises.

Ryan is a great trainer and facilitator. He has a very effective and engaging style. Loved every single bit of the course. I highly recommend Optliearn for professional Scrum training.

Training with Optilearn was a great experience. Really good information throughout and materials and resources provided in class and beyond all really worth having. Both teachers had real world experience and it was helpful to discuss pratic aspects of Scrum with them and work through the mechanics. Got me through the test and excited to do more!

Ryan and Optilearn made it possible for me to enrol last minute in a PSM course. Prior knowledge was limited to only being aware of the qualification and nothing more. Post-course I am much more confident about what Scrum is, and how it is applied to add value. Just need to take the formal assessment to see how much I have really learned...

I am constantly impressed with Ryans professionalism, interpersonal skills and teaching style. I have never stayed on a screen for so long and remained as engaged as I do with him (breaks included). I would highly recommend any of his courses and to also follow him on social media for passive learning.

PSM I and PSPO I
Booked Optilearn courses as part of AF resettlement scheme, Optilearn and primary trainer Ryan came highly recommended from reputable transition services.

Both courses followed a similar format, delivered online using Zoom and interactive web based tools which were easy to use. Classes had a great atmosphere drawing on the varying experiences of participants and were clearly well structured and professionally delivered.

The combination of courses in addition to practice exams enabled myself to pass both exams with very limited prior experience.

All course resources are left available for life post course for follow up preparations.

Would reccomend Ryan and Optilearn for anyone wanting to complete the Scrum.org assesments.
