This is the best popcorn i have ever had! I love the different flavors to chose from, never will get tired of eating the same flavor. My favorite is the Super Butter, puts movie theatre popcorn to shame. Keep up the good work, i am a customer for life!

I consider myself a bit of a popcorn aficionado. I have enjoyed Opopop popcorn immensely. Never had better. The latest shipment come up short. People make mistakes. My only concern is will you fix it? The answer was a definitive yes. No arguments, no proof of error. Just handling it. Good job!

There was a slight hiccup with my order, they helped straighten it out right away! No delay in sending my gift to our son.

When i was not satisfied with a product I bought, they offered to send others. I had just bought a mystery box so I asked if I could get a credit for a future order. They readily gave me a discount.

I complained about FedEx delivery, which was terrible. The customer service rep who responded was kind and professional. Assured me they would make it right if the order didn’t show up. It showed up the next day.

I had a question and customer service was very fast to respond and went over and above to help me out.

Customer service is Fantastic!!

I really wanted to love this it was such an ingenious idea. Received this item as a gift. It was the variety pack with a mixture of the small cups and the bags. I really liked the salted caramel which reminds me of kettle corn and I thoroughly enjoyed the Maui heat. I love cinnamon but the Cinnalicious was bland and absolutely no cinnamon flavor whatsoever. Pickle is not my thing so I handed that one off and have no comments to share. It's a novelty and I actually bought it as a gift for someone else to try. Will I be buying refills I think that's highly unlikely it's too expensive and it's not as advertised. The microwave popper is interesting it's silicone and it flattens for easy storage however after three uses something burnt on the bottom so it has a stain that doesn't come out and also the lid gets the spices or infusion flavors somehow melted into it and doesn't come out with a thorough scrubbing. Again it's a novelty and interesting to try but does it replace standard microwave popcorn no way.
