Though I carry the weight of a right knee disability and work full-time through ongoing pain, I have not sought or accepted any help—neither from the government nor from private entities.
This is a personal choice.
This is my honour.

But still, I remain committed.

If I could leave -5 stars I would. Took money from my account without authorisation then blamed it on the company they were working for. If at all possible don’t deal with these.

Having to be able to talk to a human and having them understand made a huge difference. I had to change the date on one payment and nothing was too much trouble. If i ever need advice these are the people id go to.

Finally dealing with a human, made the experience 5 stars. Talking through the outstanding bill makes sense and happy this account is now settled and closed.

Ophelos help you plan a budget to resolve your debt, even in my case where I can only pay very little, it matters, the advisor also offered me further organisations who might be able to assist.
