Terrible to say the least. Got approved, showed the approved amount then denied. Can't believe or trust a thing they say. Won't even respond to inquiries after they shut you down. Bogus excuses as to why they can't proceed.

Deceptive , Open Road slammed me with solicitations. My credit score is 65 points higher than when I bought the car and my income is about $15k higher. I have only put 2k miles on my vehicle since I purchased it almost a year ago. Open road offerd to reduce my payment by $200 however once they went through the process it turned out to be $4.57 less than what I am paying now. Before you sign anything do the math on the loan and determine what you are actually saving. Probably won’t be much sorry to say. I’m sure they do have positive reviews considering you only need a 480 to qualify , pretty much means you’re approved if you have a heart beat. Don’t get too excited if they approve you it’s not a huge accomplishment.

Plus their lawsuit if they are not honest within their Investors, why would they be honest with a consumer?
