We had a great experience with Jack Ingles at Open Door Finance. He was very professional, knowledgeable, patient and supportive through out the mortgage process. We encountered multiple road blocks along the way but he was able to navigate through all of them leading to us eventually buying our dream home. All communication was crystal clear and precise, easy for us to simply follow the instructions making the otherwise complicated process pretty straightforward.
