I recently gave Open Fibre a pretty abysmal review, well, I would just like to say, I have spoken to a very nice guy, Ben Chetham and he assures me that my issue with them would be sorted out. I thank Open Fibre for this reassurance, my mind is rested now, thank you Ben

I left Kcom and went with open fibre 4 months ago now, and I have to say what an easy experience it was to switch. The service I received was fantastic, I haven’t had any issues with the internet, it’s fast and reliable and much better value for money! Thankyou so much

installation was fine and WiFi Luke was great.
Speeds are poor. If you check what you are getting vs what you pay for it’s a con. Rang and emailed lots of times. Payed for 1000mbs was getting 400mbs. They was supposed to adjust my monthly payment to 500mbs and I’m still paying full price a year on. Average speeds between 300-400 mbs. They just keep asking for screenshots of the speed tests.
Drops off now and again, doesn’t reach every room in the house like the sales guy said.

I too have the mis fortune to believe in their unbelievable poor service , i am at present waiting for their non existence sales people to contact me , they are quick to blame their contractors but if you contact their supplier MS3 you will find its them thats not doing tbeir job , avoid at all cost , remember MS3 sales team direct you to these , its actually owned by Home Telecom which is part of Talk Talk and is in fact a front company , avoid at all cost , you wish you had @@

Been with open fibre for 3 months now ...don't think I have ever had to restart the router even its been brilliant 👏 the kids are happy gaming with no issues so win win! Would recommend to anyone . Thanks for a great service

Recently all my street was dug up to install fibre optic cables so wanting to avail myself of the latest technology I contacted Open Fibres Wi-Fi Luke as I had heard good reports about him and I haven’t been disappointed! Installation was virtually next day by Luke himself and have had no issues since. Well done one and all.

Had the service a couple of months now and not had any issues with the wifi at all. So much better than our previous supplier!

Everything from start to finish was excellent. The internet speed is so much faster than my last supplier.
Installation was carried out seamlessly.
I cannot fault this company in any way and would recommend them without hesitation. Also unlike my other supplier you get to speak to a real person on the phone and not a chatbot, that was impossible to get past.

Few hiccups during installation. Basically too many cooks! Signed up with one person, two came to do work outside, another inside and another deliver router. Inside engineer also called away for an hour. Consequently what should have been an hour or so, took ages! But...as I believe a relatively new company, organising, setting up and learning what customers need/want in practise and not just theory, teething troubles to be expected and things do go wrong!
What I can say is sign up a dream. Everything went according to plan, date and payment arrangements straight forward, and once up and running no issues. Today had a follow up call from Luke, great chat, discussed initial teething problems with installation which I believe are likely to be overcome, if not already and I've been provided with a direct number for any future issues available 7 days a week. So all I can say is, overall well done and give them a try. And did I say Great price??

Engineer arrived and router arrived on agreed date. All ran smoothly and instantly had a great connection with fantastic speeds. The next day however we ran into some problems with the connection. It kept cutting out and lights were flashing. More engineers were sent out and the box was changed. We initially still had a couple of issues but between the help desk, engineers and MS3 they resolved our issues and everything has been great since. Really helpful and clearly care about their customers. Review based on the fact they resolved issues and despite initial hiccup, we're now receiving a great service.

Had open fibre fitted in December wifi luke came and finished the instal, which has performed faultlessly and better speeds than kcom.
Only issue is reaching the back bedroom due to design of house (had same issue with kcom). WiFi luke is on the case and sorting it for me. Excellent service, excellent support and will highly recommend to everyone 👍

Great service, great company to use. No problem is unfixable. Quick installation too. Any questions that came up they were happy to help with. WiFi Luke was the chap who helped me through it all.

Me too, had it installed on the 18 dec as new customer, I haven't even spoken to anyone or had to do anything, the engineers came in few minutes work and they were gone, only to have access half an hour later... fantastic, fully up to speed, so far so good. Thank you MS3/Hull fiber

It was a little bit of waiting until today.
When I receive a call from Luke, he came straight away and connected the router
He was very helpful.
