Delivery was prompt
Delivery was prompt, but there was an unnecessary amount of sellotape in the packaging. I have been reassured that the company is aware of the need for 'eco' packaging where possible.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review following the prompt delivery of the Iron & Glory Codebreaker game recently purchased from us. I am sorry to hear about your concern about the amount of packaging tape used.
I have just sent you an email detailing how we carefully hand-wrap all orders in bubble wrap and Kraft brown paper to ensure they travel through the Royal Mail network securely - as we did with your order.
In this case, the dimensions of the game (5x5") are quite small, so the standard 2-inch packaging tape can appear a little disproportionate - apologies in case this has caused any trouble with the unpacking.
In any case, I hope the game has reached you in perfect condition and that you'll enjoy it for years to come.
