Well presented was so excited to give this to my daughter as a Xmas gift, however one of the packs of cookies was out of date by nearly a month while I do understand mistakes happen, the fact no one has responded to my email is why I’m leaving this negative review

Cookies were brought for my daughter birthday as our ‘cake lady’ cancelled with illness a few days before… I paid for a specific delivery date of 23rd Dec so I appreciate it was close to christmas but they didn’t arrive until 24th Dec. Although a day late they were lovely, my daughter heated them in the microwave as instructed and loved them all!

Happy new year and thank you for your delicious cookies, the recipient was really happy with them and said they tasted fantastic.the delivery was really quick and they arrived in perfect condition.many thanks

Bought these instead of a birthday cake and they were very well received! Packaged well, great communication at every step and arrived a day early (not easy at this time of year with demands on postal services!)

Come in nice box! I don’t get the hype with these cookies, there not the best iv had :/ there pies are way too sickly - not for me but that’s just me but over all there ok 6/10

Very fast delivery and the cookies were delicious! My step dad was beyond happy, packaging and presentation was great too.

Lovely cookies, nice & fresh, nice box they came in. ordered for my son & daughter as a Christmas treat, they both said there the best cookies they’ve had
Thank you very much

Customer service updates brilliant ,and cookies to die for !!!

Cookies arrived as planned and on time for surprise Christmas gifts to friends. Customer services were very helpful when I contacted them. All in all it was a great shopping experience the best thing of all the cookies were delicious.

The cookies were delicious! The kids loved them for their christmas eve treat and santa also enjoyed the big christmas cookie. Thank you.

Initially, i received the wrong item too early and the customer service was top notch. I was allowed to keep the incorrect order and they sent a fresh one out for the date I specified. Everything tasted amazing and like I said above, couldn’t fault the customer service and would definitely use them again. Thank you xxx

Delivery is always on time. Cookies taste amazing. Wouldn't buy from anywhere else

Never received item

Website was really easy to find what I wanted. I was kept updated of my order progress and given tracking so knew when it would arrive. My order was well packaged. The mini cookies with the dips are absolutely scrummy and the cookie tray bake was to die for. Have recommended to friends and family and will definitely be buying again 😀

Absolutely delicious cookies as usual, they are a real treat! The cookies were fresh, but also had a decent shelf life. Delivery was very quick, and the cookies were well packaged. 10/10.

I absolutely love Ooh & Aah Cookies. Their Dinky Dunkers are literally addictive — the perfect bite-size treat — and the dip options are SO good it’s actually unfair.

Even the packaging is adorable… like, ridiculously cute!! And the fact that they offer discreet packaging as an option too? I appreciate that so much.

Everything tastes absolutely DELICIOUS, and now every time I crave dessert I’m genuinely debating shipping cookies from Ireland to the UK just to get my fix 🥲💗

Highly recommend. You will NOT regret it!!

This was my 3rd time ordering and I'm still in love I am obsessed with the cookie pies and can't wait to try the new ones also love the dinky dunkers and the sauces are just a cherry on top, also had a look at the new website and I think it's fantastic and so easy to use. I definitely feel I have found my go to for sweet treats and couldn't be happier. Delivery is also super fast and always packed well. Just all round a great service and the cookie pies feel me with joy.
