I gave your service a try and I’m genuinely impressed! checked the PNR and its real. they're easily the most affordable, fast, and reliable option around, and the payment methods are super convenient. The only issue was the booking confirmation, I selected 8 hours, but the confirmation email showed 24 hours. Hope you can clear up that bug soon!

The reservation I received made no sense for the route I requested. I needed a simple direct flight from Managua to San José, Costa Rica, but the itinerary I was given included a 15-hour layover in the United States for what should be a flight of about one hour.

The reservation was therefore completely useless for my purpose, and I had to purchase another onward ticket through a different website.

Very disappointing experience. The service should provide a reasonable itinerary that actually matches the requested route.

I paid the extra for a 1-2 hours turnover, but it took more than 3 hours to issue so was not ready when I checked in at Barcelona airport. The airline initially did not let me check in, but finally grudgingly agreed. In hindsight I should have given it more time but the website clearly states a 1-2 hours turnover. I contacted the customer service of onwardticket.us to complain and ask for at least a refund of the premium I had paid for quick issue. That was a week ago and they have not deemed it important to reply to me. I guess that they don't care but they should, because there are dozens of companies offering a similar service.

Edit: After they read my e-mail saying that I would post a bad review here, they replied and have issued the refund ! I don't buy their excuse for not receiving my initial two e-mails: "Apologies for the late reply, but due to technical issues we didn't receive your emails. Upon checking, your order was delivered on 8th of September. I see it got delayed due to route complexity. I will go on a head and refund you $4.99, the difference of super fast upgrade you had. Apologies for the inconvenience."

Recently flew to Dubai and 7 USD saved me from hefty cash for a ticket & I was scared through out the journey I promise but ONWARD ticket made sure everything was in tact I don’t have a specific person to thank there but it was perfect you won’t regret it

I paid for the super fast delivery ticket which claims to deliver a ticket within 2 hours. I recall that many similar services provide you a ticket within, sometimes, 15 minutes. I just selected this one because I was in a rush and I could not find the previous platform I've used. After 2 hours I didn't receive any ticket. I also talked with the support by whatsapp, which in theory is 24/7h, and they replied to me only after I also emailed them complaining, 2h30 after.
GUESS WHAT? They sent me a reservation ticket COMPLETELY BROKEN. You couldn't even read the flight code and it had other nonsense mistakes. Formatting was terrible. I recall this NEVER happened with many other onward services I've used in the past. Again I talked with support and after 5 hours I didnd't receive any feedback. Nor by email
All in all I paid for the 1-2 hours delivery service, and after 6 hours I have a reservation ticket completely broken and absense of any communication from this company. This is called a SCAM.
Just select another platform as these guys are pathetic. It's this simple.
EDIT: Besides being unprofessional, they are liers. I received the ticket past the 2h and because I've contacted them through both available platforms (e-mail and whatsapp). And BTW, the ticket was REFUSED by immigration. What a waste of money and time!!!

Applied for a German Schengen visa from the UK and needed proof of return, but I didn't want to pay full price for a flight before knowing if I'd even be approved. Onward Ticket sorted it. Reservation came through with a proper booking reference I could check on the airline's site, handed it in with the rest of my documents, and the visa came back approved.!!!!!!

I ordered a Ticket from Bangkok to Manila to enter on the Thai border by car. They did not accept this E fake ticket and I had to travel back to Georgetown Malaysia. From there to Kuala Lumpur, then to Bangkok and with another flight to Koh Samui and then with the ferry to my destination Koh Phangan. Onward ticket US...a very expensive experience!

I booked the ticket for my Vietnam trip because I didn't decide on time from where exactly I wanted to fly back home. On the airport, they did not check me for it. But the service from Best Onward Ticket was great!

Onwardticket.us is an excellent service! Great customer service (Through WhatsApp for my issue). I needed an onward ticket for my airline and Onwardticket.us delivered! I made a mistake in the application process and I contacted them via WhatsApp and they got right on my issue! Once corrected, I received the needed itinerary in less than 15 minutes. Highly recommended!
