Eay to deal withand very informartive

Alex was clear and reassuring. I asked him a few questions as I had been getting calls from a call centre claiming to be you saying I needed an new smart meter or that I was being over charged and was able to help me and reassured me I was doing the right thing. We had a laugh on the call which only showed Alex’s human side and wasn’t just reading off a script.
I really appreciated the way Alex was with me

I was quite sceptical at first when I used On Utility as I got confused who I was using but Alex explained everything and he’s now contacted me again 2 years in and got me an even better deal.

Incredibly dodgy company. They called pretending to manage our account for British Gas, when I questioned them they hung up. When I tried to call back they continued to hang up. This company should be reported.

Mandy is absolutely wonderful, she’s always at the end of the phone and answers emails comprehensively. She’s been a great support it’s been a life saver having OnUtility to help.

Great experience.. they handled everything, they was really friendly, and they was really patient with my busy work schedule as well and rung back when it was convenient.

all I can say is that Alex, Mandy and Paul are all disgusting people.

Alex lies about where he is from, misleads you about prices and uses underhand tactics to get you to agree to a contract.

Mandy speaks to you like you are thick

Paul is the most arrogant person I’ve ever spoken to.

Don’t bother with the ombudsman either. They just say that technically on utility have done nothing wrong despite the fact every human you show the recording too knows how underhand their tactics are

I’m thousands of pounds down, suffered insane amount of stress and have even considered closing the business down due to the mental impact this companies tactics has given me.

How these people sleep at night is beyond me. Please nobody use this disgraceful company.

coincidentally three days after leaving this review two fake reviews were left on my business page by two people ive never heard of, one who works for an energy company and one who is from manchester area.
