The price of the holiday is wonderful…
The price of the holiday is wonderful and to Cyprus a destination we look forward to explore. The flights available were at great convenient times too. Understanding how to connect to Ryanair took a little patience. However, everything worked out well and I look forward to this much needed vacation.

I booked what I thought was a hotel/waterpark all pics are showing the water park only to find out the waterpark is a bus ride away and you have to buy everything whilst ur there even though we paid an all inclusive option ..I have tried three times to speak to someone and each time there is a minimum of two hours wait in the chat disaster

Initial booking went well
Initial booking went well. However the whole process after that was a disaster. I tried to contact your company but needless to say I could not get through. I then tried to get into my booking on line approximately 10 times but failed. Each time I set my
password the system stated my time had elapsed. I then tried to use the pen no but the system couldn’t paste it and again it expired.

On the beach poor communication
On the beach , we have our holiday booked with you in two weeks time . We are struggling to get any response from your live chat, automated call number and anything else you recommend on your web site ! Basically our return flight has been cancelled and to date we’ve had no comms from you to A confirm the cancellation or to even let us know what’s being done to get us a replacement flight back ! We only found this out when we went to check-in. Warning to anyone going to use Onthebeach all is fine if there’s no problem but if theirs is they’re no where to be seen or heard ! Total SCAM Artists
I would give this company a -5 if I could. My Wife and I have a duplicate Ryanair flights booking situation that were booked via two 3rd party enteties (Tour Operators), the first one Holiday Globe.co.uk and the second one with this company On The Beach.ie. we cancelled the first one and demanded a refund as we discovered we were getting hit for hidden charges and false information. We then made the second booking as I needed it in place as a birthday present for my Wife and at the same time expecting to get a refund for one of the bookings. I've chatted online and spoke to Ryanair Customer care who tell me their policy is the 2nd booking is always refunded in a duplicate booking situation and the first booking stays in place. They also explained that the refund request to them must come from the tour operator that made the 2nd booking as it has to be refunded to their credit card, therefore the credit card of On The Beach.ie. I raised and explained this to the On The Beach chat service which is quite poor. They will not entertain any of it and tell me Ryanair have to refund me! This is very frustrating as we have now lost over €470 thanks to On The Beach.ie operating like this. I did read another review where they don't like making refunds, well this is the perfect example! Total SCAM Artists😡

I am sorry to hear you run in to some difficulties claiming your refund from Ryan Air,
Can you please reach out to us via live chat as I can not see that we have yet received the refund from Ryan air this needs to be claimed by yourself for Ryan air initially. As Ryan air flighst are self managed
If you have already that please can you contact our live chat team who will be happy to assist you in locating that refund for you
